Stay away!!!!! I had a combination  of the 5/6  other reviews. During my August 2013 move: rudeness from owners,  use of nasty unprofessional day laborers; not returning calls, changing agreed upon work dates, charging extra after they have your stuff. I had to tell staff about an address change eight (8) times- no one entered the updates. They did not move a large armoire with a flat screen TV.  Then Craig, the move coordinator, asked me why I didn't see the crew take it out of my house. I had to push back my move-in date because I didn't want to leave a heavy, expensive piece of furniture I used each day. The crew packed an old bulky 19 inch TV  that was going to a charity store, from a room they were told not to pack. When I talked to Cheri about the unmoved armoire, she told me the crew packed a flat screen & I was charged for a flat screen box.  I was sitting in from of my flat TV while on the phone with her. I had to pay $125 for a return trip fee to pick up the armoire and TV.  During the conversation, she clearly told me the delivery date would move back by 2 days. Then next night, she sent me a text to comfirm delivery on the original date. Cheri told me she had no recollection of telling the delvery date would change.  On the delivery date, Joe  (the other owner) called, stating he could not get the truck into my large gated complex in San Diego.  He need to call the office about getting a UHaul to move the stuff from his truck to my apartment, and I would be charged. The story changed once the groundskeeper and I told him it would work. I was then charged $75 because he couldn't get the truck close to my unit. Neither Cheri nor Joe told me the helper was a day laborer they never met before- the worker told me when he couldn't answer my questions. When I told Joe the laborer ate food off of my counter right in front of me, Joe questioned the validity of my story.  They stacked the pieces of the heavy solid wood armoire, but did not bolt them together, making a safety hazzard in the my home. When I told Cheri about the problems I had even before the delivery date, she told me her company had  a good 23 year history and A rating with Angies List and BBB. She deducted the trip fee, but the walk  to the apartment fee ate it up.  It sounds like my experience is common and they haven't learned from negative reviews over the last several years.
