BEWARE! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. They are completely dishonest.They incorrectly charged for overtime and charged for 1.5 hours of travel time.  These guys are crooks and will rip you off.  Biggest mistake and waste of money ever. They hold your stuff hostage force you to pay. AVOID AT ALL COST OR HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Had to put in a star because it was required.Nightmare is an understatement for these people!Less than a week before our move they tried to add $2K on our guaranteed price. The showed up 2 days and 5 hours late! The packing crew included a young kid of about 10 years of age and his Dad!!!3 weeks to get our things to NY by a Freight "no touch driver". Broken items, and things taken apart that no one knows how to fix.Refuse to answer phone calls or even provide us with claim forms.Budget and guys from the corner are better.Don't do it!!! The nightmare continues a month later.Oh. If Cheri Childs answers, HANG UP!

We are moving overseas and packing up our entire three bedroom house and garage.Cheri did the initial move walk through to estimate how much was going and what supplies they would need. Super friendly and personable.Sergio was the lead packer and did an amazing job keeping everything moving and organized.It took three full days and everyone that worked with him was polite, said good morning when they came to the house and let me know whenever they went for lunch.They packed everything quickly and properly using the right materials for items.I would highly recommend Sergio and his crew for moving. Very impressive!

I guess with many moving companies it's a hit or miss, that's why we see these polarizing reviews (5 stars or 1 star, not much in between). But my experience with these guys are absolutely fantastic. Eddie Charles and his crew, Adam (his brother in law) and Ralph, are some of the most polite and professional gentlemen in any industry I've encountered. First day they came on time to pack up everything meticulously. Second day they showed up 30 min early to load because Eddie wanted to make sure we have enough time to finish the job. Both days they had to deal with difficult parking situations in SF because my move was scheduled only 4 days prior and I didn't have time to reserve parking with the city. So Ralph had to stay in the truck while Eddie and Adam packed and loaded. That means they were working under staffed! Nonetheless, they were all smile and high spirit. We talked about sports, and Adam loves to sing while he worked. They made moving pleasant for me! After watching them work for a little bit, I just sat down on my couch and worked on my laptop. They had my trust that they would take care of my stuff like their own. I don't know about the other crews of this company, but if you can get Eddie as your crew leader, you don't have to worry a thing. Some things I learned about him through our conversation (which is full of laughter), Eddie has been with the company for 12 years since he was 18. He met Adam and his sister, his now wife, when he was 16. These little things just tell you about a man's integrity and loyalty. (I hope I didn't share too much, Eddie :)

The WORST company I have ever dealt with in my 24-year Air Force career!  Do not use this company...they never deliver as promised and will call you to re-schedule several times.  So unprofessional and unorganized. The owner Sherrie can't seem to lead well and doesn't know how to control/ prioritize.  I wish they wouldn't sign themselves up for a job if they can't follow through with the job's requirements.
