I continue to remember items that I had taken from me in one of the worst moving experiences in my entire life. My original estimate of stolen items 5k was actually 10k when the dust settled and we had unpacked all my boxes. Jewelery from my grandmother and father, items from my trip to Asia, fond memories of photographs before digital was invented, Items that have no value to anyone else other than me are probably in a dumpster or landfill. To this day, I still remember items that are missing that my insurance claim did not include. My insurance company should not have to pay me for the items that this companies employees stole from me.

We made the mistake of not reading reviews for this company before scheduling an appointment for them to move our furniture. They gave us the time frame of 7 am - 12 pm but around 9 am we got a call saying that their truck had broken down and they were going to do their best to fix it or send another crew later after they finished their first move. They told us to wait for their call with an update. Um, I'm sorry but I can't sit around waiting all day without a guarantee of whether I'll actually be able to move today or not! Today was the last day of my lease so I had to be out before 5 pm. After that news, I read reviews and saw how horrible they were so when we called again just to check if there was an update, the guy literally told us not to rush him and said we should go eat breakfast or something. We told him we wanted to cancel their service and got out of that bind. Luckily we were able to get same day service from another company that did an amazing job but stay away from these people!

BEWARE... BEWARE... BEWARE...CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH!!!We used them one year ago. About an hour after they should have been at our house, they called and told us they would be late. Then they called again saying they would be even later! FINALLY THEY CALLED TO CANCEL FOR THE DAY AND RESCHEDULE US FOR THE NEXT MORNING!!! They didn't give us the choice to be late night move, and it did not concern them if it was convenient for us or not! Now, we are moving for work. I called them (accidentally) to get an estimate and they TRIPLED their price (When I showed my wife the prices, she reminded me we used them last year). When Apt Movers called me back the next day, I told the lady what had happened last time we used them and that they tripled their price to move exactly the same amount of stuff across town. She told me she would talk to her manager and see if she could discount our rate. She called me back 2 days later and told me her estimate was accurate and she would not come down. I told her that the 3 other companies I called beat her rates and one of them was half of Apt Movers price. Her response was...I must be lying to her to "cheat" her company! We will save tons of money using A1 Allstate movers!!!

Well , let me first start by saying I started in a Horrible place . I had paid for another company to move my things September 29th and They didn't complete the job and I was out the money . The second day September 30th I had to get friends from school and day laborers to help and I paid them and they quit . They left the truck in my driveway for going on to day 3 . So on October 1st I looked for a service to move my two story 5 bedroom home and apartment movers were the first to call me . I first encountered Amy on the phone she was personable and kind and very eager to assist me in my crisis . It was a same day move which usually costs extra and she waived that and was empathetic to my concerns as I was a mess and in tears . She had the movers out that day . I met ted and donate who are the master Tetris genies of moving ! They unpacked the poorly packed truck and re packed it like they had doctorate degrees in In moving . Then they went to my storage and resorted items I had there . They were the most professional and proficient movers I have ever used and this is coming from a person who has moved across country and intrastate over 20 times . They were amazing .

Never go with this company . They are totally unprofessional . My move was expected to take 3 hours as told by their move expert Pite who came and took a look at my stuff ,but instead it took 8 hrs leaving me to pay $600 instead of $240 and on top of that the movers took the glass of my coffee table .since my move I have been calling their office, driver and their moving expert Pite but no update . NEVER HIRE them
