USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Booked this company, paid the $50 deposit, & was quoted a 1pm arrival. I took the day off to make this move happen as quick & efficient as possible for the fact that I was 8 months pregnant & didnt want to be moving all day. 1 pm comes & I had to call the company for an ETA just for them to tell me they're running late & it'll be around 3pm before they get to me. Long story short, i got in contact with an individual who claimed to be the owner & I advised its not right Im quoted a time, took off from work, & the time is not honored, then be forced to move & commute during prime time traffic, going across town thats 45 min away when they're on my dime. Owner stated that there was no way I was quoted 1pm (really?!) & since i was unhappy, he cancelled my move the day of & said I'd get my deposit back. I called the next week inquiring about my deposit & they told me once a move is cancelled, the deposit is automatically returned but could take a few days depending on my bank. Well, a few days is 3 weeks now. Still no deposit return. On the up side of things, i was able to book another company the very next day & paid the same rate & very professional with no deposit necessary. Shout out to STUDENT MOVERS! They're quick, professional, & ON TIME with great customer service.

We contracted Pack-it Movers today for our moving to a new house. The service was great and the guys are super professional, and very friendly. I recommend 100% these guys if you think to move to a new place. Great job Sebastian, Demarcus and Brock !!! Pleasure to mee

These guys are awesome. They moved my 2 br house in 2 hours! Highly recommended, will defiantly use these guys again.

Kelvin and Rodney were GREAT! These guys knew what they were doing. They were fast and efficient but most of all careful with my belongings, some of which were special antiques of mine! I would recommend these guys to everyone. They are A+ rating in my opinion!

As an apartment manager I move a LOT! I normally use a preferred moving vendor who caters to the multi-family industry but they were unable to accommodate my date and time frame on short notice with this move.  I bought a home and close date changed. I made several calls on a Sunday afternoon needing to move by 1 pm the following day and a few were able to provide movers I decided on Pack-it due to the other reviews.  Anthony took my initial call, scheduled within my needed time frame and was very courteous.  The following day I received a call from Reggie inquiring if I was ready because their first job was completed.  They were about an hour early (when does that ever happen? ) and he, with Denzell and George,  were so very friendly and eager to start. The whole move - a loaded 2 bedroom apartment with two queen beds, 20+ boxes, various loose items,  and appliances - took 4 hours!  That's the greatest record in my move history and this was the most stuff I have had to ever move!! The team was quick and always smiling in the 98 degree Houston afternoon!  I had a little "theft scare", but Anthony was very understanding and calming and said his company would not tolerate the behavior and assured me it would be taken care of.  But in the meantime to continue looking for the items.  And I did!  Much later that evening the items were found tucked inside the suitcase that the open-tote was set on top.  How considerate of the crew to not want any of the 10 year little girls electronics to get lost or damaged?!  Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I truly had an incredibly smooth move and really appreciate all they did for us! I am kind of sad that it will be a few years before I move again.   But,  when I do,  I will definitely call Pack-it!
