Pros: moved everything quickly, cheaper than othersCons: items broken, not reassembled appropriately, dirty, rude I guess you get what you pay for. Not sure how they got 5 star reviews - maybe we got a bad pair of guys.I had several boxes marked fragile, yet when we unpacked, I found several of my Precious Moments figurines broken. When I called, AJ, his name I believe, said because it was a week since the move, the chances of them doing anything about it was slim. He was rude and said I should have notified them earlier, but as I explained to him, with the holidays, its hard to unpack everything at once. I did not email him because I dont want to deal with rude, sarcastic people. So some advice, if you do use these movers, transfer any items of value yourself since they will not take account for it. During the move, the movers did not wrap the mattress and thought it would be logical to just drag it through the apartment to the truck. I obviously had to intervene, but still they did a half a** job when they "wrapped" the mattress and put it in the truck. One of the movers disassembled the bed frame, but left many screws out when he reassembled it, which I found when cleaning the old unit. (Hopefully our bed doesn't give out on us from these missing pieces.)While cheap was most attractive to us at the time with Christmas around the corner, the additional costs of having the mattress cleaned and attempting to have my figurines repaired could have been allocated to more professional movers. Normally I only like to write positive reviews since my few bad experiences are nothing major. This however, was noteworthy since its your personal belongings being messed with. Anyways, if you use them, good luck!

I want to thank Pack-It Movers Houston, Anthony and his team for such an amazing service! Not only were they very affordable but also fast, efficient, and professional. A great team of guys that I would recommend to all my friends, family, and clients. They moved quickly as a team to make sure my furniture was protected, packed my belongings, and every box was labeled for easy unpacking. By far my preferred moving company.

I had Zack and Brandon assist in my move today. They were great. Like most moving companies, Pack it is paid by the hour. These guys worked fast as possible to save me money.  Also, found $100 for me!I would recommend Pack-It Movers to anyone.

The entire crew, led by Sebastian, was fantastic!!! They were able to make a move of a 2500' home go off without a hitch. Shout out to Joe for running a top notch moving company with fantastic pricing

These guys are GREAT! I used them for my personal move and couldn't have gotten a better experience. Ive used the well branded companies around Houston before, and these guys out shined them. They were on time ready to rock and roll, they were careful with handling my furniture. The moved very quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. Pricing is great. I liked them so much I have refer ALL of my clients to them now, and my clients love them. GREAT JOB PACK-IT!
