Not one to write negative reviews, but if you're looking for movers...go find someone else...and if this ends up in the "Not recommended" then I won't even be on yelp anymore because I've seen a lot of REAL reviews about Pack-It Movers on the "not recommended" and I'm not sure if the company is doing that, or how this all works...but let's just leave it at that.Anyways, lets talk about moving day...first of all, we scheduled an appointment with Pack-It for 3PM...I personally understand that their is traffic, etc., but it's only right for a business to call and let you know that they're running behind... I shouldn't have to continuously call... second of all, the movers did NOT show until about 7-8PM (I forgot the exact time but that was the time frame. FOUR-FIVE hours late! And by that time, We moved everything but the heavy furniture...now lets skip to when they showed up. The movers weren't all that bad, but they refused to take the refrigerator, and forgot the TV. We were told that the door was locked at the old place before they could take the TV...so I didn't mind...but that's not even the worst part. They don't unload your stuff unless you pay...and that's totally understandable because that's how business works, but to charge over $300 including a trip fee of $50 when the new place is literally a mile a way...is ridiculous! And showing up late as well as not mentioning the three hour minimum? And the fact that Anthony was beyond rude was the last straw. Because our belongings were in the truck, I had to pay and long story short...as soon as everything was loaded off, the movers were "re-assembling" furniture and they didn't even finish half of my bed. It may be an IKEA bed, but half of the metal pieces on the right was missing and the left side wasn't even done when they put on the mattress and wood. I move a lot and there are a lot of options out there. Look the other way!P.S. From reading the other reviews, Anthony would probably search my name in their system and say that I wasn't with them...but my mom paid and the appointment was booked in her name...so he wouldn't be able to find me but that doesn't mean I didn't experience their absurd customer service and insane company! Oh and to answer the "Why did you post a review, when she paid? And we moved for her not you..." you moved for A FAMILY and we experienced the same experience you gave here.

I recently contacted pack it movers to help with a move.. schedule kept changing on my end and they worked with me in getting everything rescheduled and moved at the last minute. Thanks for being so awesome and flexible

Good people and we have used them more then once. Would highly recommend them to our friends and family. They have nice looking trucks also

I'm only giving one star because I'm required to give a star. This was the absolute worse moving experience I've ever had. I was scheduled between 9 and 10. Movers arrived at 11:30 with no sense of urgency at all. My mother and I had to assist and do a lot of the heavy lifting in order to finish within a reasonable time. While unpacking I noticed a tear in my mattress which probably a occurred when the guy drug it on the ground. Oh, don't expect them to use blankets and plastic wrap and if they do use it it's an extra fee. The owner/supervisor (Joe) was very rude when speaking to him about the issues I was having. I wouldn't recommend Pack-It movers to my worst enemy.

These guys are a great moving company. I had to relocate and called them the week of my move and pack it movers were able to accommodate my request. The staff was friendly, careful and on time. They treated my stuff as if it was their own. I will be sure to use them in the future again. They are also very affordable and reliable moving company with the touch of great customer service.
