Pack It Movers website deliberately provides false information. The company is NOT Licensed and Insured. Nor are its trucks registered. Didn't find that out until After my Aug 2019 move. The movers damaged furniture and stole designer purses and a diamond ring. Check out TX DOT website and see all the violations the company has. DO NOT get taken advantage of

This is my 2nd time using there company. We were moving out of our storage and into our new home. They protected our walls and floor for safety. Very professional

***BEWARE*** This was hands down the worst experience, I wish I could give them zero stars. I was scheduled for 9AM, no one showed up until after 2PM. I was told my furniture would be wrapped, that was a complete LIE. I was told this was a FULL service moving company, another lie. I had to put my bed back together because whoever did it did such a horrible job the entire thing would wobble. The crew tossed my furniture from ground level to the top level and over the balcony,  some of my couch cushions were on the ground (after it was a day of raining). I would say 80% of my furniture has something wrong with it now, drawers won't close properly, scratches, missing items (screws/bolts), dents and dings on my washer and dryer.**NOTE** If you file an insurance claim on your damaged items, the company actually takes it into their procession and you're left without your furniture and about $5 to help you replace your item.I never ever received an apology for anything, not for being extremely late, not for a crew member hitting on me, and not for any broken/damaged/missing items.When it was all said and done: my desk was in pieces and didn't even come off the truck, my mattress has black stains all over it, broken wine glasses, scratched furniture, drawers no longer shut to my nightstand or chester drawers, items missing from an $80 baby gate, my CPU was so damaged I can just open it up and see the inside of it. Feel free to contact me, I will GLADLY forward you the e-mail string for anyone wanting to see just how unprofessional and incompetent this company is. Make sure you view the photos of all the damage!I feel like I paid for someone to damage all of my items, and I got to pay for it. I would only suggest this company to my worst enemies. Don't fall for the low price, trust me...you'll pay more in the end!!!

I worked with Pack-It Movers last week and there are not enough words to say how pleased I was. When I called their main office, Anthony picked up the phone and gave me a quote that was much better than another company on yelp. They were even able to get me in last minute on the day that I needed to move. Their movers were quick, safe and didn't break a thing! My neighbor moved a day before me with ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY and she keeps talking about all of the stuff that got damaged. She wishes she chose Pack-It movers like I did. Thanks to my movers, Justin and Clint!

I was very dissatisfied with their service, I have never had so many broken items in a move, and these were due to their negligence. I marked several boxes as "fragile" "glasses" "do not stack", only to find out when I opened the moving trailer in my new home that they were packed ON THE BOTTOM of a pile of boxes. Needless to say, my glasses were all broken. Why on Earth would you put fragile boxes underneath 4 or 5 other boxes? And it wasn't one instance of this, it happened four times. Pictures attached. This is packing 101, you should know that light, fragile boxes go on the top, not the bottom. Two lamps were broken as well. Will never hire again.
