Just had another easy move staging a house and swapping out furniture in my last post I mentioned how great the movers were but wanted to give props to Walter who works at the main office he was super helpful addressing my questions and such a nice person on the phone to work with Thank you moving stars! Moving out can be a horrendous experience. I have heard horror stories how choosing the wrong movers cause people a lot of metal trauma in addition to financial losses. Considering I had lived most of my life in the same house, I never could have imagined moving out, but when the time arrived to shift to a new house, I was more nervous than excited.I spoke to my father who had his own bad experience to share. However, he added that during his time, there weren't many moving firms and they couldn't validate most of the claims. He pointed out how the internet could help me find the right moving company as it provided everything from service details to reviews.I quickly got on my computer and looked for moving firms in Moving Stars Inc. I was bombarded with options and zeroed in on top 3. They all looked great, but I could only go with one firm. Hence, I decided to call 'em all one by one. The first two companies were bland. The representatives asked me to check online for details instead of asking my questions. Almost dejected, I called the third company and was greeted in a nice fashion. The person on the phone answered all my questions and took out time to understand my requirements. Within a few minutes I knew I had found the company I was looking for.They came just as they had promised, introduced themselves nicely and checked what needed to be moved. The crew had sufficient men to pack and carry the stuff and each one of them looked trained. Within a few hours, everything was packed and delivered to my new house.This experience hasn't only helped me get over my 'moving phobia' but also introduced me to the best moving company in Moving Stars Inc.

I was fortunate enough to get promoted in a year and was made assistant manager to my boss. However, the unfortunate thing regarding the new promotion was that I had to move out of the city, and it stressed me out. I had no clue where to begin and I was very nervous because I had a short time frame to do so. I wasted all day looking for moving companies and I couldn't decide on one. I turned to a friend for help and he recommended me Moving Stars Inc.. I was running out of time so I thought of not wasting anymore and I called them, not knowing that I had hit the jackpot.They turned out to be very friendly and walked me through multiple options. Listening to their options, I got confused but thanks to the skills of the guy on the phone, he convinced me on a plan which actually proved to be beneficial for me.The next steps were easy. They took details about the stuff which was to be moved, the location and the dates as well. I emphasized on the fact that I needed my move to be as quick as possible because I had already wasted much of my time. They understood my requirements and offered to expedite the process.The next part was the one for which I was constantly biting my nails out, the quote. I was short on budget and seeing the professionalism of this company, I thought they would charge me a huge sum. But to my surprise, the quote was reasonable, and i hurriedly gave them the green signal.The moving day came soon. I was quite anxious about the move. The moving team came on time loaded with all the needed tools. I saw one of their guys preparing a checklist of all the items that were to be moved. He double checked it to ensure nothing missed out.  Packing the stuff was no problem for them as they were carrying different sized boxes and each of my items, big and small, were boxed carefully and loaded into the truck. These people were absolute pros at this job and I had a smile on my face throughout the time because I knew I chose the right company.My move was successful and easy. I faced no problems and my stuff was put back again in my new home. If I've to move again, I'd choose them blindly.

Avoid this awful company. Poor customer service, bad communication, and they damaged multiple pieces of my furniture during the move. It was a nightmare trying to get reimbursement for the damages. Extremely unpleasant moving experience.

This wasn't the first time I was moving interstate. I had previously moved from Texas to California, and that move was a nightmare. My moving company delayed on everything and made the move a pain. This time I knew I won't repeat the same mistake again, and looked for reliable names and came across Moving Stars Inc.I'd be honest, my expectations were not very high, and I was a bit apprehensive of going with them but their representatives spoke to me in a professional manner and convinced me to go with their services, and I am glad that I did. I received the best moving experience ever.Everything was completed on time and all my goods got delivered in the right condition. The company was willing to do even more than just help me move, and also offered other services like wrapping, packing and even placing my goods in their place.All I had to do was look at the experts do the job. What a pleasing experience it was. If I ever move again, I know where to call. I'd recommend everyone else to hire Moving Stars Inc.if you need moving from one place to another. They know their job well.
