These folks are true to their word and very professional. During the move, they accidentally damaged our front gate keypad and pedestal and assured us that they would pay for it. We got a quote from our gate repair company and they paid for it without hassle.Thank you Marlon, and Randy.

***Is anyone interested in bringing this company to civil court with me? Please let me know!This is the worst moving company in Houston. Drivers stole a lot of things like my Paris decor, bedding, dishes, comforter, my clothes and sheets, tub full of brand new Xmas decorations, and more.They also broke the tub in my washing machine and scratch all my new bedroom set. When I called Marlon he hung up on me when I went to explain what happen and he cussed me out calling me a "bitch! I called the next day and (David) supposedly the owner and he hung up on me too.Seems like when you call to complain they don't care and don't want to hear it! Apparently they hire anyone off the streets and for this I got things stolen and broke. All my boxes were dug through because the tape was ripped off my boxes and single items were throw in empty boxes like a DVD player and that's from digging in the box and stealing my things!They lost me on the freeway when heading to my apt. after loading up and were 10 min. late after me getting there 1st before them. They also had blimpies cups with them. Asked him if they went to lunch on my time and he replied No I don't do that to my customers"!  But he sure did steal my things! What a liar! I One of the drivers stayed in the vehicle the whole time going through my things while the other one brings your things to the truck so the guy in the truck arranges everything ( supposedly)!Really?! What a crock if sh#/! Of course I was a woman by myself and didn't have a man with me so they just ripped me off. I think what happen in them being late to unload my things was due to them meeting someone on the freeway that they knew and threw my things they stole in someone's vehicle. Yep! WARNING! WARNING! You will regret using them they are low life  scums!If you really want a honest professional company to move you use Student Movers. They are the best, honest and very customer oriented!

Moving can be stressful. However, we were packed and prepared to make it as easy as possible. However, the movers showed up to my house two hours late!Fortunately the two gentlemen carefully packed the truck and left my house at approximately 1:15 PM. Somehow, it took them four hours and 40 minutes to travel 140 miles.  I don't believe they understood my frustration upon their arrival.They careful he unloaded our items and only one table top cracked during the move. They were extremely careful and courteous.Unfortunately, the management and coordination is terrible. I would highly recommend finding another company to help you with your move

This is the worst moving company ever!  I warn you!  Do not use them!  You will regret it.  I moved from Conroe to Austin in July.  They arrived an hour late.  Then, the two movers didn't speak English at all so that made giving them directions nearly impossible.  They were suppose to bring "free" wardrobe boxes, which Marlon promised they'd bring.  They did not.  When they finally arrived in Austin it was nearly 11pm.  They were in such a hurry they hit the door frame and broke a window about the front door.  They also DROPPED two printers which do not work anymore.  Marlon said I would receive a refund for the damages in 90 days.  Well, here it is November and I've never heard back from them.  Please don't use this company.  They are horrible.

"Marlon" poses as a credible representative of this company,  however,  I am appalled at his lack of professionalism and how my customer service concerns were (not) addressed.  When a customer is told that he/she is trying to "screw him over", I take umbrage to his tone,  language and I was HIGHLY offended.  Make sure you receive written confirmation and confirm,  confirm, confirm your requests! In terms of the move,  Clint and Mike did a great job at dealing with the cards they were dealt and I applaud them for doing their best in their circumstance. They are the only reason I gave the company 1-star.
