Three movers showed up to move us, after great customer services arranging and leading up to the day of the move. They were: A - on time, B - friendly yet ready to work and C - an amazing team that work great together. I was most impressed by their willingness to work past 7pm to get my complicated bed frame built and set up. I'm sure others would have given up and left extra parts lying around. No this crew from US Movers. Oh, and the price - for packing and unpacking - was so much better than others I got quotes from. Truly worth every penny. Listen, moving is stressful but not with these guys. I'm tempted to love every year now that I know about them. Ok, maybe not every year....Thank you US movers.

Daniel said flat rate no extra charges, I agreed.Extra charge #1, My king size platform bed too big and not on my list although Daniel assured me they would put it together (so how did he miss it?!), and miscellaneous items not in boxes which was never told to me Extra charge #2, 3% charge for using a credit card to make the paymentExtra charge #3, my apartment complex can not accommodate an unexpected 18 wheeler (Duh, which one does) so they have to transfer to a smaller truck.Extra Charger #4, anything beyond 75 ft is an additional per foot fee. Only cash or postal money order accepted.Driver left license at the last drop off and I had to rent the Uhaul.In addition, this company has no communication skills, has not returned any calls/texts or emails in regards to concerns. The only good thing was the guys that did the actual moving. Thank you. Avoid them at all cost. A $1450 move just cost me $2500+

I hired US Movers again for another move and, again, could not have been more pleased.  My team of Miguel, Fernando and Arash were so speedy!  They were professional and listened to my requests for what to take from the apartment and where items should go in the new location.  They came in approximately $200 more on the quote, which was ok since i had a few extra items.  I'm hoping to stay in this place for a while but would use them again if needed!

Same story as the rest. Unfortunately I didn't know the moving company until they showed up and I was forced to deal with them out of lack of options. My $2,200 quote ballooned very quickly to over $3,000. "Crating" was $200 for cardboard between two blankets. Extra stairs were another $100. Another 3% for credit card. At delivery I was told "cash only" for the "long carry". I bet that money never saw it's proper end. I was asked how many boxes for the quote, not the size, then I'm forced into a binding weight unless I wanted to follow them to a weigh station (found this out *after* it was delivered). I know for a FACT I came in under weight. My two Queen beds did not weigh 700lbs each. I found the manufacture's specs and they came in at a combined weight of about 200lbs -- huge difference from 1,400lbs. Daniel was having none of it. I packed in plastic bins which half a dozen had massive foot prints on, clearly been stood on, and one lid was actually cracked with one broken bowl. A cement table, one inch thick, was cracked all over. *They* wrapped it for a hefty fee and it still broke. I have no idea what amount of force and negligence it takes to crack a solid inch-thick cement table in multiple places but they did it. Cannot get anyone on the phone, mailbox still full. My broker is useless. So I'm out a $600 table in addition to the $900 extra I was charged. I didn't get 24 hours notice for delivery, I got about 12 hours. The driver kept tell me I was at the wrong address to come to him - two blocks away. I'm standing in the loading dock of my apartments for over an hour with someone telling me at *my* wrong address. I tried calling their dispatch number and the mailbox was full. I thought it would be easier to have someone move me than load a uhaul. I was wrong. I didn't want to drag my car behind me. Should I move cross-country again that will be my go-to option. Reading the other reviews I was lucky enough to have all of my belonging delivered with only one broken bowl, a very broken cement table and a broken lid. I would never trust this company to move my stuff with the evidence of reckless disregard for property, last minute charges and rude drivers telling me I'm at my wrong apartment.
