I used this company for a long distance move from  Dallas TX to Nashville TN.Everything was top notch, booking was easy, Nathan (my sales person) was very thorough and explained all the possible scenarios. The team at the pickup in Arlington was very fast and efficient, they packed everything very good and did a great job with my baby grand piano .It took them a week to deliver in Nashville but that was explained before hand so i was able to find my self accommodation for that time period. Over all they are a good company you can trust with your belongings, i will definitely use the again if needed.

So far, I am beyond hurt and disappointed with this company.  First, I was quoted a price that was 900 less that what I actually had to pay.  THEN, I was told that my shipment would be able to be delivered on or around August 10th.....today is the 9th and I spoke with dispatch whom told me that me belongings were still on Texas (I'm moving to Tennessee).   I tried calling customer service and after sitting on hold for over 20 mins. the call was disconnected (they hung up on me).  I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism.  When I booked this moving company, I was promised the world when it came to my move and so far there has been no delivery of such....no delivery at all.

Just got my delivery today and have to say this move was so smooth I didn't even realize it. I purchased some furniture in Dallas and the shop didn't have a way to ship it to my home for me so I called around and really got lucky relying on some good Yelp reviews and came across US Movers and spoke to Daniel who gave me a quote over the phone. He also stopped at the furniture shop just to be sure of the items I was having shipped to Houston which was more effort than I expected. They picked up the furniture on Monday and delivered it by today since I was unavailable to receive delivery. After picking up the furniture on Monday they called to let me know and the price they gave was a final price per their quote. They delivered the furniture today and took such great deal to get it into my three story house which was not easy with the number of stairs. The guys were super nice and they called me yesterday to reconfirm that I was getting the delivery today and called me 1 hour before arriving today. I really could not ask for much more they were great from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!

I would like to recommend US MOVERS Inc. They came in and quickly started working. I appreciated their swiftness and efficiency! Everything was boxed and wrapped carefully. US MOVERS Inc had all the supplies and tools ready. I didn't need to call beforehand to order a certain amount of items, they were already well prepared for whatever was in my house. I moved into the 6th floor of an apartment building, I thought they would be turned off by the amount of stairs they needed to climb with our stuff but they were so sweet and more giggling about how there are a lot of stairs. Super nice men :) I appreciated all of their hard work! PRICE: it was 125/hour for a large moving truck and three men to help which is cheaper than most moving companies around Houston (I called around). They charged for extra boxes, tv box, mattress covers, and more. Anything extra was around $10.. Not bad. Best of all, everything arrived safely :) They are truly professional hardworking movers! Thanks to The US MOVERS Inc - keep it up! :)

I had a move scheduled for a Saturday and the movers showed up right on time.Miguel and Louis who helped me move my stuff are thorough professionals and very polite. They were extra diligent to make sure all my belongings were secure. The entire process right from booking an appointment to loading and unloading was smooth. I would like to thank the entire staff of US Movers for incredible team work. I would definitely use their service again.
