US Movers

If you are moving in DFW area, you should use US movers. Even if you're not sure you want to hire movers, you should use them. They are phenomenal. US Movers moved us to our new apartment in Florida last weekend... and it was the best possible experience I could have hoped for. Neither my girlfriend nor I had ever used professional movers before - but we were moving a 2-bedroom house to a 5th floor walk-up in South Beach, after moving across the country, and we did not want to move everything up those stairs. I totally would have broken all the walls in the stairwell, and probably half our stuff. Our team from US Movers not only made the move possible (without breaking or damaging anything), but also a true pleasure. Our team was Eric, Dan, and Avi. They worked so fast and were so dedicated - and on top of that, they were complete sweethearts and so much fun to hang out with. The work was crazy hard - but they never complained and were gentlemen the whole time. I could keep going on and on, but I think the point is clear. Thank you so much to our team! We are having a great time in our new place, and we couldn't have done it without you. Maybe we can buy you all a drink sometime!

Family used this company to move long distance.  Were told 5 to 7 business days for the delivery of the stuff. Now in new home with no furniture or belongings. The customer service rep said should not have been told 5 to 7 days...it is 21 days. Who even has 21 day between moves? Completely unprofessional and unreliable. They don't care about the customer.

Best experience moving ever !!!I travel a lot for business But this time I had to pay out of my pocket ..I received  quotes from a few companies And I decided to go with us movers .My move started in Texas moving to California. A crew of 4 came over They showed lots of experience they war also fast , clean And politeThe guy in charge of the crew Understood the stressful experience of moving and calm me down through the hole move.His name was Daniel .I just want to thank Us Movers ...I will definitely use them again in the future

When my company moved to a new building across the street, we needed a reliable company to help us. I researched a ton of different movers and found US Movers so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Vince, who helped orchestrate the whole move. He was very responsive to emails and phone calls and was upfront about what the cost would be, unlike many other companies I spoke with. I was really impressed when Miguel and Josue, the two movers who were sent by the company, showed up early on the designated day. They were professional, friendly, and efficient in moving our furniture. From what I've heard about other moving companies, this is pretty unique. I would definitely recommend US Movers!

I recently did a cross-country move from Utah to Florida.  After receiving a few quotes, US Movers had a pretty competitive rate to move me so I decided to go with them.  I worked with Nathan and he was really wonderful.  He responded very quickly to every question I had and was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process.  I packed all my stuff/furniture by myself and setup my own inventory list with what was in each box.  I think you have to keep in mind that everything gets stacked and shifted in storage and in transit so just be mindful of fragile items!  However, when the team came to pack up everything they also created a labeling system and numbered each of my boxes....which was amazing!I paid a little extra to make sure that I had coverage with my stuff because I had recently purchased newer furniture etc.  Although I moved at the height of summer/move-in time, my boxes finally arrived and I was happy to say, nothing was damaged.  They did misplace one of my mirrors and had to deliver it a day later but it was in perfect shape.  Some of the boxes were a bit smashed up but I had properly bubbled wrapped all delicate items.  On the Florida end, Daniel and Dan were great.  They setup my headboard and were very efficient with all my stuff.  They really worked hard.  I cannot say enough good things about this move and I've moved at least 5 times in the last decade.  I tipped +20% (split each way).
