Moving is never easy.i am glade I called Royal moving refereed by a friend. The costumer service on the phone was great, the salesman on the phone guide me to all the process of the job, how much they gonna charge per hour.travel time.extra charge if needed for,insurance ext..... I had a couple of antic furniture that i was worry how they gonna transfer it without any damage.Raviv the leader of the crew was take care of that and did a great job.top to bottom the costumer service was great.If i need to move again Royal Moving is my choice. Thanks Guys

Every step from start to finish was so easy. Ron and Tom were both so nice, fair and very accommodating. The movers on the pick up and delivery were very kind and gentle with all of my belongings. Overall this company is top notch!  I was so happy and pleased with my experience.

I recently used this company for a long distance move and would not recommend it. They were not timely, overpriced, and not dependable. They charged 33% more than the rate that I was quoted. They charge based on square footage in a truck and the mover (after packing and putting everything in the truck in a manner to make it take up more square footage, e.g. instead of putting a boxspring flat against wall, put it in the middle of the truck and counted the space on both sides of it) told me that via the measurement of "eyeballing" the space on the truck it would be 33% more expensive. I was told that my things would arrive in 3 to 5 days and had to fight on the phone with the representative to have the things delivered in 6 days. I had over $700 in damage to my things and then never heard back from the company and couldn't get in touch with anyone to get the insurance reimbursement.

We moved from TX to CA and everything went great. We will definitely use Royal moving again/

I made an account just to write this review because I feel like I owe it to them. They've been so nice. **Note: I did not actually use this service in the end, but wanted to comment on their kindness.**I had to book a move across country with less than a week in advance. The account manager/sales person Nathan was extremely pleasant and was able to move my contract forward and schedule a pick up of my items the next day. There are a few eyebrow raising items with the contract (the quote is just an estimate and there are several possibilities of add-on fees that seem like they can really rack up in a blink), but I was really desperate, so I went ahead and signed and got my items ready for shipment. Although Nathan did not call me in the morning to confirm that a team was coming (and did not answer 2 calls I made to confirm), the mover did call within the discussed timeframe, saying he was about an hour out. I confirmed with him my address. Then life happened and 20-30 minutes later I had to call the mover in tears to tell him I was just broken up with and would not be moving from Austin to San Francisco anymore. He was super sweet, called his boss and told me not to worry about anything. I can't attest to the actual moving services but I think they get points for moving quickly and being sympathetic to a cancelation when they are 30 minutes out from my place. Nice folks.
