History

Established in 1999. Phoenix Express was established in 1999.  We began as a courier company, delivering documents for both businesses and individuals. Eventually, we started making deliveries for local furniture companies, and this grew into the business we know today.  Both owners Jeff Young and Beau Danielson grew up in the Lakewood area and attended Woodrow Wilson High School.  Beau still lives in the neighborhood while Jeff has moved to nearby Cedar Creek Lake, allowing them to provide services to many areas of the Metroplex and beyond.Phoenix Express tailors our services to fit your individual needs.  Whether you need to have one piece delivered to your home or you are moving across the country, we have the experience necessary to get the job done.  We service both residential and commercial customers, local and long distance.  Phoenix Express will move you one block or thousands of miles.  We have made moves to Colorado, California, and New York, just to mention a few.

STOP!!! What ever you are doing do not look any further. The is THE BEST moving company ever!! We have moved a lot in the past and in all my moves I have NEVER had service like the service I received from Jeff and his team!! (If I could give him more stars I would!)To start off Jeff (the owner) is not only the most professional person but is warm and caring and truly wants to not only do his job perfectly, he wants to help in any way he can. When I first called Jeff he called me back Immediately and even being stuck in a traffic jam (currently on another job) He was warm and funny and immediately wanted to find a way to squeeze me into an already busy schedule. He went above and beyond to make it work which was my experience with him the entire move. The move was from Dallas to Ft Lauderdale which was extremely stressful except when it came to the actual moving end. Jeff answered all my questions promptly and was extremely flexible and helpful. When his men arrived the day of the move each one of his employee came up to me and introduced themselves and shook my hand. The were extremely courteous and professional and everyone was very careful with all my belongings and absolutely NOTHING was broken....That is the very first time I have ever had that experience with a move...wow! All his men knew exactly what they were supposed to do and It alleviated all the stress for me. We were moving out of a large home but with a large crew the move was completed in record time in half a day, I was simply amazed!Jeff the owner never left the job site and personally drove the load to Florida in under two days and unloaded it perfectly in an organized fashion in a storage unit. Then, when I had a problem, (unrelated to him and his end of the move) and needed speakers returned to the old home Jeff handled the problem himself and shipped them back for me. Finding him was a godsend and I am thankful I called him. I also wanted to say I am not a person who writes Yelp reviews but felt so strongly about how amazing he is I felt this one was necessary to pass on.

Had an excellent and personal experience with these movers. My original moving guy wasn't insured so I had to find another company-- I called on Thursday and was able to schedule a Next day move. The owner handles his business well and chooses very respectful employees. Everything was carefully padded and wrapped, and a 2br2ba apt got moved in just over 2 hours. Would highly reccomend. Price was low and told in advance. Thanks so much guys!

OMG!  Moving is usually one of the worst experiences, from finding a mover who doesn't nickel and dime you, to being able to trust that your furniture and treasures will arrive safely and on time. Jeff and Phoenix Express made it one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. From his answering the company phone personally to his wife Angie who helps make packing go smoothly, to the kindness they showed my dog who wanted to be a part of it all, I feel like my family and I are a part of theirs and I will use them for every move I need to make for the rest of my life!  THANK YOU for restoring my trust in committed hard working and kind people willing to support others during this type of huge life change!   (My move was from Dallas to Chicago!)

I am so happy I chose to go with Phoenix express! Moving from Dallas to Colorado is stressful enough but these guys made it so much easier! They packed everything up in a precise manner and very quickly too! I though it would take forever but it only took a couple hours! The best was they blanket and shrink wrapped all my furniture! Jeff, Cody, and Oscar did a great job and were careful with everything! They are all great and friendly, very personable and funny! I know they will do an awesome job unloading everything when they get to Colorado! I cannot praise them enough they did such a great job! Choose Phoenix Express for your move!

Phoenix Express is the BEST.  I've used them at least 5 times over the past 6 yrs within the Dallas/Fort Worth area. They're always on time and very careful with every piece of furniture.  They really went above and beyond last time when we had a last minute request to move us from Dallas, TX to Atlanta, GA.  They showed up within 24 hrs to get us packed and my gosh, Angie is the best.   The next day they showed up loaded the truck and off to Atlanta they went.   Thank you so much for accomodating us and get us moved to Atlanta.  And guess what???  Not a thing damaged or scratched.   Thank you Jeff, Angie & staff.  Also, thank you you for treating Axel (our four legged friend) as a family member.
