If you ever need to move anything like a piano or your whole house whether across town or across the country call Phoenix Express!My wife and I recently retired, sold our home and had a short time to get ourselves from Denton, TX to Knoxville, TN. We contacted several movers but I came across the reviews on YELP and decided to call Phoenix Express Movers because of all their 5 star reviews and I can assure you that those reviews are not exaggerations. They are truly deserved. One of the owners, Jeff Young, contacted me about our move and gave me a reasonable all in price. Jeff was going to do his best to assure we didn't have to leave anything behind whether that meant he had to use one or two trucks on moving day. He did offer me a discount when we were able to load into a single truck but my wife and I felt that the original "all in" price was fair and that Jeff and his company earned every dollar of the original quote. We were happy to pay them for such outstanding work.On moving day Jeff and his wife Angie, and four of their crew showed up to load up the truck. I have never seen a truck so carefully packed. Every inch was utilized. I was sure that they would need a second truck to carry all our belongings but his guys found a way to get everything but two ladders onto that truck. Unbelievable! So, you're asking "what about the two ladders?" Well, Jeff promised to take them to his warehouse and the next move he has out my way he will drop them off and I believe him. Everything Jeff has promised he has done and often gone above and beyond. Not only was my furniture set up but he was unloading and moving everything into our new house while we were at the Title company signing papers. Not one thing was damaged or broken and our belongings were handled like they were his own. Jeff and Angie are great people as well and we really enjoyed getting to know them. They kept in touch over the four days it took from loading, driving, and unloading. They were always considerate of our needs and concerns and addressed everything with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I are extremely happy we chose Phoenix Express Movers to handle our move and I'm sure you would be too.

Phoenix Express were excellent to work with. I recently moved my parents from Dallas to California. The day before we moved, two ladies came and helped pack up my parents room. I could not believe how efficient and professional they were. They packed my mothers very full bedroom quickly and we had nothing broken in the move.The next day, Cody, Alex, Brandon, Damar & Juan came and loaded up the truck. Again, professional, on-time, efficient and hard-working (all of them). Cody came to us at one point and told us that between all the heavy furniture my mom/dad own and my mom's cookbooks  the truck was going to be over weight. They asked us to consider removing items or if we wanted to order another truck. We opted to get another truck (to keep mom happy) and they were able to accommodate our request in a short period of time and keep us completely on schedule. Cody and Alex drove the two trucks from Dallas to California in 2.5 days. I even had to move my flight back to California up because they were able to get there so quickly. They pulled into California on Saturday night and immediately went to work unloading both trucks. Just the two of them emptied both trucks and placed "very heavy furniture" where we asked (even upstairs). With all due respect, they worked liked dogs and not once did they complain or take breaks. We offered to feed the - they wouldn't stop. They would only stop to have a cool drink from the 90-degree temperatures. They left us and were heading back for a 2-hour drive, sleep and catch a flight back to Dallas the next day to turn around and move someone to New York. I can not say enough about how great this experience was. Phoenix Express was excellent to work with and their team were completely professional, efficient and paid a great deal of attention to what they were doing. No bangs up walls or doors. Thank you Phoenix Express!  A big shout out again to Cody and Alex!  They are the best and great face to your company!Todd & JP

I almost contacted another moving company until I read the reviews. When I brought it to their attention, they tried really hard to get my business. But I followed my instincts and kept searching. I found Phoenix Express and gave them a call. I met Jeff for an in-home estimate. I have unique and extremely heavy furniture, one of a kind pieces, and antiques. Since I was moving 500 miles in state, applicable laws to protect me as a consumer are different from interstate moves.   (I had a horrible move from NYC to Texas, which I could have written a book about)!  So I'm very concerned about contracts, the moving team, and the cost. Out of the 7 quotes I received, they were all over the place, used different metrics's to get pricing, etc. it was very hard to compare apples to apples. So in the end, I went on my gut feeling. I just had a great feeling about Jeff and Phoenix Express. So we worked together. This move was so smooth and stress free!  I could not have asked for a better experience. It was a 360 turnaround from my last long distance move.  My next move is from the Rio Grand Valley to Denver in three years and I'll contract them again. The team of guys worked efficiently, and took care of my items. I was really concerned about that. But the guys, Cody, Alex, Geovanny, Damar,and Nathan were with us from start to finish. It's even more reassuring to have he same guys from start to finish. My experience with Jeff and his team was really more then I could ask for. If you are moving, it is a no-brainer, CALL JEFF!!!  You will not be disappointed. I felt comfortable with Jeff during the entire process, relieved that the process was so smooth, and happy that  ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WENT WRONG!  Thanks guys!

These were the most polite movers I have ever used! They never stopped moving and did a wonderful job. I had larger items and a lot of delicate items and not a single thing was damaged. They were professional, friendly, and kept the move on schedule. They even went above and beyond and worked with my schedule when my move date was changed. Excellent team and reasonably priced! Would use them again without a doubt.

They arrived on time and with two trucks. They had four guys. They were extremely careful, which did end up taking them far too long (8 hours) to move us. Overall, it was a good experience.
