Just finished our second move with Phoenix Express. Jeff, Angie and their team are really awesome! Our move from Long Island, NY to Kansas City was flawless. They showed up on time and got us loaded and out efficiently. They made great time to Kansas City (earlier than promised) and got us all unloaded, furniture put together, clothing hung in the closets. I was really happy to recognize many of their team members from our previous move. In a business like moving, this means they are taking care of the employees. This group is extremely courteous and hard working. As mentioned in my previous review, we have moved around the world and across county many times. Phoenix Express, who we have used twice now, is by far best moving company!

I was planning my 900 mile move from Dallas to Chicago. 90% of my possessions are valuable antiques and fragile art, so I was extremely worried. I had contacted & priced services from Mayflower & all the other major movers I found on the internet, but didn't like that my things would be mixed with other people's things and that they potentially could be handled a lot more after they left my view. That lead me to searching out local Dallas help to load a Penske truck that I would rent & pull favors in to help drive me up to Chicago. I hate to leave a long review, but please stick with me on this because Phoenix Express came through for me 100%!!! I called after 5pm and was happy to hear that I was talking to the owner, Jeff Young. I explained my situation (with three different loading locations) and my major concern over how my things HAD to be handled. I was pleased that my concerns & requirements were taken seriously and that I wasn't treated like a crazy woman. Jeff gave me his all-inclusive rate and started advising me on what specific packing materials I needed (as well as ones to avoid) and even the least bumpy route to take. Jeff easily spent over 1 hour talking to me over two conversations between his son's after school sporting event.

Best service ever! They were on time, communication and honesty and upfront prices were all on point. They showed up, asked what needed to be moved, made sure they stayed within a certain time range to help me out. If it wasn't for Jeff and Bo, I would have been scramming to find a moving company on such short notice and paid crazy  unreasonable prices. Thank you again Phoenix Express. You literally saved me.

Moving from Dallas TX to Harrisburg PA made us very nervous and stressed but Phoenix Express made it stress-free, literally STRESS-FREE! Angie did a wonderful wonderful job packing everything in our house. Jeff and the team spent half day to take apart our furniture and load all our stuff into the truck. The whole team was so friendly and so easy to work with, especially Cody, who is the most polite guy I have ever met! They are the best services I ever had! Most of all, the price was very reasonable compared to other moving services we quoted. They even helped us to move in our furniture before we arrived our new home! Nothing was damaged and all of them were assembled perfectly. Everything was so smooth and they made the moving a delightful journey! Cannot say enough "thank you" and "good job" for these awesome movers!

AWESOME MOVERS! Just all-around good people. When moving your goal is; find reliable movers who will get from Point A to B with your belongings intact at a reasonable price. Right?  Phoenix Movers are all that and more!!I received quotes from several companies the best rates AND level of customer service was Jeff's with Phoenix Moving. Jeff is FABULOUS! Kind, warm energetic and quick. I needed a move in two weeks from Dallas to Colorado. I called Jeff just like he was on it. He found the house on Zillow between the pictures and my list of items gave me a quote that day over the phone.  He was the only person to get me a quote that quickly (FYI) other companies had to come to the house, do a walk through then send me a quote the next day.He was also the only owner who said He would be there with his guys on the job the whole time. That made me feel great because the house was furnished with new very large expensive furniture and fragile pieces that would be costly and difficult to replace if broken. I needed to feel a level of trust and confidence in the people who would be handling everything and he provided that. He informed me he's worked with his guys for years and they have his full trust and respect.  He was also able to refer two fabulous ladies Holly and Kortni to help pack the house. Both were fantastic, showed up early, needed zero direction from me and worked incredibly fast. On moving day, Jeff and his team showed up early and got right to work. The nicest group of guys you could ever meet and such hard workers. These guys worked quickly, carefully and diligently. All smiles, super polite offering help with any and everything. They even made 3 additional stops that same day to pick up furniture and light fixtures that the owner ordered last minute. I was concerned about truck space and time constraints but Jeff said they could make it work and they did! I even received compliments from the people at the furniture stores they picked up from on how fabulous and professional they were.After a two-day drive, they made it to Colorado and were once again hard at work. Every single item made it to Colorado and off the truck just like it left, not one thing broken on the drive. I was beyond impressed at that point...  By the end of the move, we had all worked our tails off!! We shared laughs, hugs, took group pics and I was just so thrilled and thankful! Thank you Jeff and Angie your Sweet wife who was there helping. Thank you Cody, Alex, Giovanni, Damar and Oscar you guys are total studs. Jeff I appreciate you checking in with me making sure we were completely satisfied, and thanking us for our business, You're a class act! 5 stars couldn't be happier with the move!
