History

Established in 1999. Phoenix Express was established in 1999.  We began as a courier company, delivering documents for both businesses and individuals. Eventually, we started making deliveries for local furniture companies, and this grew into the business we know today.  Both owners Jeff Young and Beau Danielson grew up in the Lakewood area and attended Woodrow Wilson High School.  Beau still lives in the neighborhood while Jeff has moved to nearby Cedar Creek Lake, allowing them to provide services to many areas of the Metroplex and beyond.Phoenix Express tailors our services to fit your individual needs.  Whether you need to have one piece delivered to your home or you are moving across the country, we have the experience necessary to get the job done.  We service both residential and commercial customers, local and long distance.  Phoenix Express will move you one block or thousands of miles.  We have made moves to Colorado, California, and New York, just to mention a few.

Jeff and staff are pretty amazing, make you want to move more often just to use their top notch service. If you have antiques or fragile items you can rest assured that they will arrive in good shape. Had a storage unit in Prosper Tx packed with family heirlooms three levels high... on wooden shelving made to fit the unit. I mentioned to Jeff that a battery drill might make it easier to get to some of the pieces... Well, Jeff had room for all the knocked down shelving on his truck, swept out unit and better yet I didn't have to spend a day doing this or ever have to return to Prosper... Thank you Jeff! As with any good relationship, communication was clear and Phoenix was there when they said they would be... at the end of the private road in the boonies north of Santa Fe with no cell reception... no problem

This place is amazing! We were in a tough spot at the last minute and needed to move a couch we had just bought. Phoenix Express was very professional and helped us out right away. They took great care of the couch, the service was amazing, they were on time, and I would definitely use them again.

Jeff was so responsive and helpful and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Phoenix. He fit me in on a day they were slammed, 4 guys showed up and moved me in less than 2 hours. He even offered his guts to come back and pick up my donations. Would definitely hire them again!

If you're moving this is the company that should move you. I was financial strapped from my apartment fee's that they moved me out and into my new place in little then three hours. Alex and Giovanni we're professional and fast.I can't stay enough good things!!!!

We had fall-outs with other companies - never showed up. We were recommended Phoenix moving and they were absolutely great. Oscar and Cody were there to help us pack and move. They shrink wrapped furniture to protect and did everything very carefully. Their boss, Jeff called to check in with us too to make sure we're "taken care of". Everything was packed well and moved to the new place without a scratch. I would use Phoenix service again, no doubt! Very nice hardworking careful people :)
