DO NOT USE Exodus Movers - Bobby and his Team RobertoThey did a terrible job packing, there were priceless plates in boxes of books, oil all over the tissue paper they used to wrap things - but no oil in the box, so not sure how that happened, Bobby could have cared less. I complained at the time of the move, he didn't care. It was a small move, they dragged it out over several days, charged nearly double the quote. When loading into the truck, they did a bad job and items fell out (large unwrapped wall mirror!). When they put things in storage they did a bad job, I opened up the storage door and a table fell on me (boxes too, but the table did the most damage)Do NOT use them. Seriously!

I just realized that Exodus had my review removed (nice, Yelp, great job). Suffice it to say: the star rating speaks for itself. Do not use Exodus. Do not. Overpriced and extraordinarily unprofessional. Some of the replies to other reviews say just as much.Instead of arguing with people on Yelp, perhaps you could put your energy into maintaining a fair and professional business? Just a thought.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EXODUS MOVING TO ANYONE. YOU HAVE RUINED MY MOVE. I booked two months in advance for a 2 hour free move through iApartments expecting to pay for extra hours to completely move my entire apartment. I received no call from Exodus prior to the move so I called them the day before to confirm. I spoke with a woman confirming that I have a 2 bedroom apartment and will have 3 movers the next day from 1-5pm. MY MOVERS DID NOT COME UNTIL 5:37PM--5 hours and 37 minutes par with only 2 movers and complaining that they did not know they had to move me and asking if this can be postponed for the next morning. NO. I HAD BOOKED TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND CALLED ONE DAY PRIOR TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WOULD GO SMOOTHLY. It did not. My boyfriend and I had to help the movers haul everything and now I can't feel my legs and arms and we had to quit after 3.5 hours because it was already getting too late, we were all exhausted, and the movers had clearly been overworked from the previous moves from their day and were getting very slow. My old apartment is still full of boxes and now my boyfriend and I are left to handle this ourselves even though this should have all been completed between 1-5pm YESTERDAY. To top it off the older man has stolen all our packing supplies. We had two of our OWN rolls of Saran Wrap for furniture and OUR OWN furniture pad/blanket. Movers brought their own ONE roll of Saran Wrap but even though I kept placing my items aside, the older man kept taking them and using them at his disposal. He ripped open my furniture pad packaging without even asking if he could use it, he just took it. When we were unwrapping, I told the younger man it was ours but the older man had already hoarded away all out supplies on the truck and closed everything. I'm not looking forward to finishing this move alone and am in so much pain from moving yesterday. I should have learned that nothing is free and you will always pay in the end.Note to management: this could have been avoided if you had shown up at 1pm as scheduled with the correct amount of movers for a 2 bedroom down three flights of stairs.

do not use this company!  i do not even want to give my story about using them because it is tooooooooo long!  i paid these reckless folks over $800 to pack 1/2 of my kitchen and to move 3 bedrooms and a small dining room table!  i had 2 movers which ate up time!  and yes, they were hispanic!  next time i will pay more $$$ to big named companies who are worth my time and $$$!  my story with these "clowns" is listed on the bbb website! they do not warrant 1 star!

After scheduling a move for 3 o'clock they don't bother calling in late until an hour later and "apologize for inconvenience". Another hour passes and no call or even as much as a text! By 6pm I decided that I don't even want them touching my stuff.  Again - I didn't even get a call or a text to explain the delay.
