At first the company seemed very caring and professional...after the deal was booked people fell off the map and things were so scattered and unorganized. I never could get answers from them. The people who delivered our stuff were super shady and asking personal questions. The guys who picked up our stuff were great, wish we were dealing with them on the delivery end. We had two sets of plates broken and other items that can not be replaced. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Spend the extra couple of hundred dollars more to go with a better company....

Condor has made the moving process smooth and easy as I am preparing for the final stage of receiving my furniture. Mario was professional, efficient and friendly on the phone while calculating a quote from me, encouraged me to contact other movers for quotes and explained how the company was there to look out for me during the entire moving process. When he described Condor's process of picking up items from a storage unit in Austin, TX, without the owner having to be there, to a hard to get to residence in Northern CA, I felt comfortable rather than overwhelmed with steps I had to take and supported so I could trust the company.

The WORST moving experience EVER. Do not be misled by their low estimates-- you will definitely pay MUCH more. As for moving quality, you'd be better off putting your stuff in a cement mixer. Missing pieces, broken pieces. No matter who you choose to do your moving, your choice of a moving company other than Condor is a wise path.

Amit committed verbally and in writing in our home that he would provide 8 men for 4 days. We had 3 days to get out before the cleaning people and new owners arrived, and the 4th days was to be used for unloading into the new house. 5 days later, we were still being packed and loaded, and my husband and I were living in a hotel. This was a local move of 12 miles. Needless to say, we, the new owners, the cleaning people, and even the movers were extremely upset with Amit and Condor. It is irreprehensible that he would cause us all such trauma during an already stressful time.In unpacking, we have found numerous items smashed and broken due to gross negligence. We have white furniture in storage that is completely unwrapped. Antiques that are destroyed, vases that are in pieces, and much more. The packers and movers were forced to work so long and so hard that they were tired and made huge mistakes. All because Amit lied. Had he provided the 8 men he committed, instead of the 3 or 4 that showed up late each day, were already tired from the days before, and were grossly understaffed, all would have been well. I do NOT recommend Condor or Amit and cannot warn everyone vehemently enough.

I've moved several times in my life and this was the worst company by far! I had many pieces of furniture broken. I had many items stolen by packer(s). I had to have my family assemble some of my furniture at the destination because the movers couldn't figure it out. The owner called when I gave a poor rating on a survey and said he would make it right. I never heard from him again. The moving company's insurance offered me $150 to repair a broken dining chair, dining table leg, headboard and bench. It wasn't even worth the time I spent completing the online claim multiple times due to their system errors that would lose info or not send the claim form. All around bad experience!
