Wish i could give these people 0 stars!!! Worst moving company existing.. trust me u dont wanna spend hundreds of bucks buying new stuff just because they deliver the furniture a month later!! I called them a million times and all they said was furniture will take a few more days! Extremely rude staff!! They broke my book shelf!!!! And did not even compensate for it!!! A guy called jesse is the worst.. every time super rude and never has an update about where the furniture is!! Took them a month to transport mine!! Stay away from these people ..DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!

They aren't worth the time, the money, or the energy!  Please don't ever use them! I moved from Houston, TX to Milwaukee, WI and this has been the worst and one of the most stressful experiences of my life.1. They don't do in home estimates which is just an easy way for them to jack up their prices when it comes time for your move. No matter how accurate of an inventory you give them, they'll find a way to boost up the price.2. Pam Sears, the original sales rep I worked with, conveniently disappeared when it came time for my move to happen, but when she was seeking my business, she wouldn't stop calling my phone. I've called and emailed her several times to express some concerns that I've had and have gotten nothing back from her!3. I planned my move and made my Downpayment 4 months in advance and made it clear that I was moving at the end of June for my job and was only coming back to Houston for a weekend to get my things on the truck and head back to Milwaukee. They called me the day of my move (July 31) to tell me they weren't coming. Mind you, I had a flight from Houston the next day at 6:30 am. They gave me 2 hundred dollars to change my flight (this was after an hour of being on the phone and complaining), but that didn't matter because what I actually had to pay ended up being more than my original estimate! No savings on my end.3. The owner I spoke to was rude and unsympathetic to the fact that I had a whole life and a job that I needed to get back to and that it was totally an inconvenience to have to stay in Houston for another day.4. I was told movers would be to my apt by 9 am the next day (7/31) and they were over 3 hours late which almost caused me to miss my flight! They called at 9:42 am to let me know they were running behind!5. Fast forward to last night: I get a call from my truck driver asking if he can drop my stuff off right then and there. No. I haven't even gone to pay for my storage unit yet because I was told you would call me a few days before you got here so that I could plan accordingly. I rushed to go and get my storage taken care of this morning, cancelled all of my meetings for work, and sat around all day waiting for them to call. The driver calls me 15 minutes ago to tell me he can't make it to me by 5 pm when my storage place closes. How were you so ready to come to me last night, but you have all day to bring me my stuff and you can't make it?I understand that things happen, but I can't justify all that Condor has put me through in the last few weeks. Please don't patronize then with your business if you can help it.

Moving from Houston to Connecticut and used Condor Moving Systems. They were prompt in adjusting my requested time and load all my stuff quickly. Currently, my stuff is in their Arlington Facility and I scheduled the move for Connecticut. Maj and Nasreen provided great help when I needed. Will update this review as soon as I receive my move.

Be careful! They're nice on the front end but afterward, not so much. I found out they BROKE two furniture pieces while unassembling them. They DIDNT tell me, found out when they were delivered. If you hire them: 1) watch them unassemble and pack your items; 2) READ ALL their notes/codes BEFORE you sign the papers And they drive away. My 1500 massage recliner was reassembled BUT the electric cord for massage feature is in someone else's home. Other missing items. And more broken ones. And the claims process is ludicrous. I had about 1000 in broken and missing items. Well, their valuation was much less. As a result -- zero $0 for my out of pocket expenses to repair and replace most of the items. The cord for the massage chair? Won't ever work again. DONT use them. You WILL regret your decision.

I wanted to take a moment and share with the world the awesome experience I had with condor moving systems. Initially when I researched about a company to move I found condor and called them I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews but the sales person advised me that they've been in business for 14 years and usually happy customers don't write down a review MAKES SENSE so I've done my math and if a company is doing 2500 moves a year what's a few bad reviews I trusted my instincts and I went with condor the reason why I'm writing a review it's because I've moved a lot but I've never been taking care this way before respectful guys clean new and equipped trucks amazing customer service the crew made sure I understand everything and pretty much told me to sit down and stay out of there way let me tell u guys something they worked so hard as a team and took care of my family played with my kids it felt like I know them I loved it and it made our move smooth and fun. I will recommend this company to anyone and I guess the salesperson was right sometimes other reviews look worse then what it actually. I'm happy to write this review and to condor thank you guys so much I'm a customer for life.
