They showed up 1 hour late (their arrival time was between 2-4P and they came at 5:30P) which messed up when I had reserved the elevator at my apartment complex and made checkout from the apartment difficult (office closed at 6P) and my new place was 5 hours away and we left Dallas late. They did a good job once they showed up but if timing is important to you as it was to me, I would not recommend.

They gave us a smaller truck than what was needed for our BIG move. As a result, they had to make 2 trips. However, prior to hiring Apple, I clearly outlined how much stuff we would have, confirmed it with Debbie in the office and even told them the reason I chose them over 2 men and a truck was because they had a larger truck. However due to the inadequate truck, they had to make a 2nd trip on our dime. Their hourly rate was $130/hr. We were charged an extra 1.5  hours for their mistake. When I called the owner, they decided that rather than giving me the full refund of $195, $65 was sufficient. CHOOSE ANOTHER MOVER. It seems they purposely give a smaller truck to make extra money. Very disappointed.

If moving was not stressful enough Apple Moving took a bunch of my stress away.  They showed up when promised and did exactaly what was expected of them.  Our move was only about 12 miles between the new and old houses and everything went smooth.  I would definitely recommend them for anyone moving.

They did a great job moving our washer/dryer, couch and dresser from our 3rd story apartment to our new house about 8 miles away with no problems. Using a large Dolley 2 guys unhooked, plastic wrapped and brought down the dryer and then the washer. One guy then carried/balanced our couch on his head and walked it down to the truck while the other guy wrapped the dresser in plastic wrap. They both walked the dresser down to the truck and followed me to the new house. Once there the only problem was that the dryer required a 3 prong cord (we had a 4 prong) and the washer cold water hookup had a rubber hose that was rusted stuck. They didn't want to put too much pressure and break it so they hooked up the rubber hose for now. All in all a good experience because I didn't want to do that myself!

From the call center to the movers, I am 100% satisfied with the customer service I received. I checked about five different moving companies, and Apple was by far the most affordable and flexible with time. They were right on time, friendly, quick, and efficient. I will only be using Apple from now on. Thank you again!! Moved from Irving to Dallas on 3/21/16.
