Grossly misquoted. Driver & management were both rude and place the blame on me for their rep not being more accurate. The price went up by $1400. They would not refund my money. This company know a as Alpha-Mover is a joke. All the other reviews are correct. AVOID THIS COMPANY they are crooks.

I wish I could give negative to infinity stars!!!! They are horrid. The currently have my stuff as I type and I don't know when I will get it.1. The sales team quoted me a price and even though I actually have less stuff the dispatch team is charging me $700 more despite the fact that I actually have less stuff.2. When you call to try to get answers customer service has none. Their have no supervisor, no body you can get answers from, and nobody you can file a complaint with about your problems.3. The customer service rep hung up on me three times on purpose.4. The sales team gave me a 2-12 day window and said they usually deliver much quicker. That is not true, they are at the end of their window and stuff have not scheduled my stuff and can give me no answers on when I will get my items.5. I continue to try to ask about the problems with pricing, they also have no answers on that and say I have no options but to pay the amount. 6. Additionally, they also made an error with my payment.7. They have no tracking mechanism for tracking your items while in their possession and in transit. I have moved 8 times and I will never use this company again, they are by far the worst experience I have ever had!!!! They are the devil of movers and the people that work there are horrible human beings.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!This company was extremely unprofessional and hard to work with, the actual price was almost double the quote, and my items did not come for nearly two months since the scheduled delivery date (Oct 28). My items were finally delivered ON CHRISTMAS EVE & was given less then 24 hour notice. The unabridged version:I went with this company because of the free 35 day storage option. The pick-up: had a budget truck which I questioned - Boris, the lead mover, who said they were so busy they had to rent additional trucks. I thought this was a little strange but understandable. My quote was for $1375 and I moved my exact inventory list. The cost ended up being almost $2500, which Boris said is consistent and often customers are quoted 60% below to secure the business. My stuff was already loaded so I didn't feel like I had a choice at this point.As they were about to leave, Boris asked for a tip for him & his guys- I said I didn't have any cash on me & I'll do it when it's delivered. He said they only do pick-ups and he'd wait for me to go to the atm! I was alarmed, felt very uneasy and told him I had to go back to work  but could write him a check - now I was worried my stuff would be compromised.The delivery:My delivery date was scheduled for October 28- I missed a call from them while I was at work and tried calling them back but did not get an answer but left a message.And 3 dozen more calls leaving voicemails, I finally got a hold of Amber in mid-November.Amber said she'd take care of me and they never got my voicemails because no one checks them. She said  my stuff will be delivered, each day was another excuse of why they couldn't deliver until Tuesday, Nov 24th when she said they could deliver the Friday after Thanksgiving. I told her I was going out of town so could it be delivered in Nov 30 instead. She said that wouldn't be a problem and arranged for the delivery that Monday. BIG MISTAKE.Nov 30comes and no one calls from National, Amber disappears and now I have to deal with Nicole and Lee- who are awful! They had no information for me and extremely rude. They said to stop calling (I was calling 2x day), Sarah was the nicest but no one had a clue as to what was going on and didn't understand why I was so upset. They had the excuses- broken truck, couldn't find drivers, etc and I tried to fix it by hiring new movers & pick up my stuff but they couldn't find the location of my items. Since the customer service staff was so worthless & rude, I contacted in the sales manager, Walter,  on every communication. He was responsive but had no information & kept sending me back to their customer service team. I wanted him to know this was the experience he was selling. The number of lies and inconsistencies they told me was unbelievable. After 117 emails and phone calls to find out when my delivery date was going to be, I finally get a call on Dec 23 at 7pm from Sarah saying the delivery was coming on Dec 24, 8am-noon. I did get a call from the movers that night, and I told them I was paying my cc since my bank was closed and the next day is a holiday.The movers showed up at 1:45pm at Christmas Eve and demanded cash. I explained I could only get out $500 (my daily limit) but would pay the rest in cc or check- they refused. I tried calling National and of course no one answered, and the movers said they would wait to hear back. After 3 hours of them sitting in front of my house, they said they were going to go to Best Buy & get something for dinner. I refused knowing they would never come back. Sarah miraculously called back right then and I was able to pay the balance by cc.The movers finished unloading my stuff at 5:45pm.I had a relatively small move going 350 miles. This has been the most frustrating, stressful experience and the company is terrible to work with. For your sanity, do not use this company!

Terrible service. My stuff arrived a month late. Driver was extremely rude. They lost my boxes and claim process is so long that you would think hundred times before filing it.

Horrible. Took about two months to get my stuff, which was a small move. They acted like it would take little time at all over the phone.They lied multiple times telling me it had been shipped, only to find out it was sitting in some warehouse.When it finally arrived, they only sent the truck driver to unload it, my friend and I helped him.Customer service is horrible, too. No joke, stay away from them.
