I moved from Chicago to Colorado. Across USA made everything about the actual move easier. Randy, my moving coordinator talked me the whole process and was full of packing tips. He also made weekly calls to make sure things were going okay and that my inventory hadn't changed, because he explained it was cheaper to change the inventory ahead of time than on the day of.My mover were professional, kind and efficient; my things arrived in Colorado two days after they were packed in Chicago with the lead driver communicating with me along the way. The accounting department in Texas was just as great and I really felt like everyone I spoke with wanted to be helpful.Very pleased with Across USA.

As an update, the company delivered the remaining items intact, there is one outstanding item, but should resolve itself quickly. The process was a bit lengthier than I'd like, but the customer service rep I was in contact with was very helpful and responsive.

I find it a "BS" attempt on the manager to say they have been trying to contact me to resolve my issue. It's literally been 2 years and he just now posts?  I've had the same email and phone number and never heard from them. I had a bad experience with this company and urge you, do NOT use this company. It's the worst moving company I ever come in contact with. I'd trust random day labor from Home Depot parking lot before I would do business with these liars.

I am writing this review to hopefully warn anyone thinking about using this company. I moved from Dallas to Los Angeles back in December. I called several companies to get quotes and this one came in with the lowest price. Once the movers arrived to my condo, they started to look at the inventory and proceeded to let me know that the quote would be almost $1,000 more than what I was told over the phone. They let me know that wrapping the furniture and tape was not included. In addition, they let me know that the total cubic feet of space needed on the truck was misquoted. I immediately picked the phone up and placed a call to Josh. Josh ultimately said he would work with me, and did, however, I still ended up paying way more than the quote that was given over the phone. I was also assured, after letting them know that I was having Christmas at my house in LA with family, that the furniture would be delivered well before family and friends arrived. This was all part of the negotiation given that they charge an additional $1500 to guarantee delivery date. Once that was taken care of, the movers began packing and loading the furniture. Halfway through the process of packing, the movers asked me to go buy them lunch. I did it, not wanting three angry guys packing all my belongings and driving off with them upset with me. About 2 weeks later, I received the call to let me know that my furniture would be delivered, well before my family would be in town for Christmas. That proved to be short lived. I called back a week later to confirm delivery only to find out that the furniture was not loaded because the company they use for transportation cancelled that delivery. I was told then it would be delivered one week later. Again, I called to confirm only to find out that truck was cancelled and would not be leaving for California. I was told then it would be on a truck the net day. Again, that truck was pulled and my furniture would not b e delivered. It was now going to be delivered sometime well after Christmas and possibly even after the New Year. I called Josh. Josh told me the only way to guarantee delivery was to pay the $1500. Ultimately, I had to pay to get the furniture in time for my family and friends for the holidays. What originally was a $2,300 quote ended up costing me well over $5,000.Long story short, do NOT use this company. They will nickel and dime you to death. They will come in with the lowest quote and then they send the movers. By that time, it is too late. They know they have you and ultimately you have no choice but to pay all the additional fees and charges. I told Josh that it feels like they give you a window for delivery and then they extort the $1,500 so you can get your furniture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
