This company is full of incompetent ***holes. They doubled my quote when they got to my place and were over a month late in delivering my belongings. When I called (many, many times over the month they were late) No One could tell me ANYTHING about my stuff. Then the delivery driver told me they would be delivering my stuff the next day - I took off work so they could deliver - they did not show up. They called me the next day at around 8pm and asked me to drive them around the neighborhood....Who does that?? I don't work for 24Hours Moving....I paid for a service. The driver cussed at and threated me with keeping my stuff and said he "would slap me with a ton of fees". I then contacted the moving company - which they didn't get back with me until late the next day stating that the whole thing was my fault. They then charged me almost $1,000 over the original price and told me they would hold my belongings hostage until I paid them. They then tried to not assemble the items they were supposed to and several boxes were missing. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with and hope no one else has to go through what they did to me!!!

When you hire a moving company, you are paying for an easier moving experience than if you had to do it yourself.Well this was not the caseThey were late, rude, and racist!They would't even put on shoe covers that I supplied for them unless I provided an additional $300, because the movers say they did not have enough time to put them on. I just merely did not want any dirt tracked in the new home and they were adamant about not wearing them unless I paid that horrendous amount. So my mother was becoming unhappy and the mover assumed she was saying bad words about him. He said, I know what she's saying because I know Japanese!!" I told the mover, "We are not Japanese.."  He replied, "then what are you..."  and I shook my head after because he crossed the line. I am never ever hiring this company and i would STRONGLY DO NOT recommend  anyone hiring them.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I was apprehensive to start about using a mover to get my household items across the country. I now see my fears were warranted.They start off AWESOME. Calling with the "we'll make your move stress-free". If you decide to not take my advice and go with this company, be sure to overestimate your needs. Like drastically. Because the day they picked up my items (which really didn't equal more than about 20 boxes and two beds and a desk), they added on $95 to my quote. Of course I had to pay, they were already there to get my stuff and I was headed out of state the next day to start a new job. They told me SEVERAL times that if my front door at my new place was on the first floor, it didn't matter how many floors my home had. They'd gladly bring everything up the other floors and put the beds back together and put the boxes where they go. THAT WAS A LIE. The first thing: my son's bedroom is on the first floor. His bed ended up in the garage with the rest of the items they literally DROPPED OFF. And yes, they threw everything into the garage. Also, it's apparently incumbent on the shipper (that's you) to become skilled on the laws of transportation. They wanted to charge $300 if they couldn't get the truck onto my street. They had no problem getting the truck into my apartment complex to pick it up, and never mentioned this "shuttle fee" until the day before I'm to receive my shipment. Their answer: it's in the contract. When I told them that my shipment wasn't even worth what they had already charged in money and headaches, they must not have believed me. Because SOMEONE DECIDED TO OPEN AND GO THROUGH MY BOXES. I guess when they saw I wasn't lying they decided to give me my stuff without asking for more money. My desk was broken and easily 80% of my boxes damaged. Check the pictures I can't make this up. Oh I was also told that I would not be BROKERED out to another company, but that was also a lie. Trying to file a claim? GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. They send you to a website that doesn't work. Call customer service and get a continuous loop telling you to go to the website. I just put my claim in with the Department of Transportation. You've been warned. I'm adding my pics to the list.

If you wanna have added pain in your moving than higher these guys. Its a long story so in short, i just say than do not believe these guys. They will make cost estimation very less and speak very nicely to you but afterwards when you higher them then they will make your moving painful and expensive. They will explain everything written on contract but will not explain the actual important part in contract which will double your price later. In short, i just say that they will come in a small truck, authorized to enter in apartment but later on they will charge you for the same truck.. In the middle of your relocation, when you are already under burden of extra expenses of moving, one of the moving guy will call and ask for extra 400 dollars to drop off your stuff as your apartment will not allow 18 wheeler truck. And when you try to explain the guy that you didn't tell us before than the guy will yell and blame that why didn't you read contract :-). And 75 dollars for more than 7 steps.. So hell lot of expensive.. One of the worst incidents with them. is .. i  sent an email that we have L shaped sofa, so the Guy Jonathan was fine but didn't update the quote but the guys who came to pick up stuff said its sectional sofa...so we will charge more :-).. So i never seen any U, S, T or any English alphabet shaped sofa called as sectional sofa.. i always seen L shaped as an sectional .. so please update my knowledge if you ever seen U shaped called as an Sectional :-) My two tables are broken, i am not counting scratches and other Little broken things Please please don't hire them and save yourself from extra pain

This company deserves negative rating. They say that they will deliver in 4-5 days in general. But on contract it says 3-14 BUSINESS days. But after they reach 14 business days, they say it's 21 business days according to department of transportation, when you reach 21 business days, they ask you to turn to the back of contract and read it, where it says 30 business days, which means 45 regular days. So plan to stay for 45 days without your stuff and forget about any refunds. Don't fall for their cheap deals and contract tricks. They should feel ashamed of their service and trying to cheat people. Service is really awful. If you are looking at this review, consider my experience and look for another moving service.
