DO NOT use these guys.  Contracted the move. Through Budget van line moving company to move our belongings from phx to dalllas. The movers in phx called Eli Moving were excellent. I paid extra for packaging of all our expensive furniture sho that they don't get damaged knowing that they were going to be sub contracting the long haul too dallas. It wad then subcontracted out too this local company to deliver to our house. These guys are scan artists. They are rude and professional. They gave me a 4 hour window. I had to chase them to find out where they were. They finally showed up. I paid the balance in cash when they showed up just as per my contact with Budget Van lines. Before they even opened the trailer doors and unloaded, they then wanted me to sign that I received everything in full and in good condition on the bill of laying. I told them NO.  You never do that in the trucking world. You never sign for things without inspecting it first and noting all damages on the bill of lading.  They said then they won't unload. I told them how do I know that things arent damaged or that they wouldn't just drive off with off with things and they have the bill of lading that states I received everything in good condition? I did sign that I paid in full but refused to sign at the bottom that I received my furniture in good condition. I have no recourse with Budget Van lines or in court if I signed that I received all the furniture in good condition before they unloaded.  They then took off with the money and never unloaded. Because it is 4th of July weekend...I could NOT get a hold of anyone at budget van lines. I now have to wait until July 5, tomorrow to call them and get them to deal with 24 hour movers.

I have been calling and emailing for almost 1 year without resolution to all our damage and exorbitant fees charged to move us cross country. They won't even return my calls. I will not give up. This company is angry at us for filing a BBB complaint. What do you expect? The ONLY protection a consumer has. Beyond distraught.

This is the absolute WORST moving company. Our boxes arrived looking like they had been thrown down a flight of stairs. Nearly everything was broken and it costs twice what they quoted us originally! 3 tvs arrived destroyed. We bought shipping boxes which the movers refused to use so they could charge us for supplies. Avoid this company at all costs!!

I am glad that I looked at Yelp before hiring them. This is less a review about their moving services (since I will not hire them) and more about their process to get me to hire them. I went to a website and typed in information to get quotes. That was a huge mistake because, after that, companies were calling my phone 5-6 times every day to try to get me to hire them to move us. One of those companies was 24 Hours Moving Inc. They also sent me emails asking me to "update my inventory" to get an estimate. I finally learned that our move was put off for now (job transfer, up in the air), and emailed what I thought was the top 6 companies to consider. That email said that I would contact the companies when I found out the exact date to get quotes. 24 Hours Moving Inc. sent me an email that afternoon saying they have not heard back from me and then called 5 more times in about a 7 hour time frame. They sent me an email a few days later saying they have not heard back from me, so I sent them another email and told them not to contact me again until I got back to them with an exact date.They sent me another email today saying they have not heard back from me and need me to update my inventory to get a quote. I emailed them back and told them I would not be using them because of the harassment. Then, I came to Yelp to leave this review and saw all the one-star reviews and I am glad they were so annoying to save me the headaches of hiring them.

They don't deserve 1 star. Please don't ever use this moving company. They are horrible. They are late, two weeks late. They are a rip off, when they loaded my stuff from storage they started calculating all types of extra charges. When they dropped my stuff off two weeks late they charged extra for taking extra steps. It was a horrible experience. I called looking for the dispatcher but the number was busy or I was sent to voicemail.
