First experience hiring movers and it was well worth it!  These easy-on-the-eyes, strapping, young, lads expertly moved all our stuff with the utmost care and efficiency. Appreciate the intentional way they moved at a breakneck pace but didn't break their necks, or our stuff.  Toward the end, it started to rain, but they kept our things protected and bravely soldiered on until it became a torrential downpour and they had to take a brief pause.  They were soaked, we were soaked, but our things were well protected.  Thanks guys!  Would highly recommend!

I switched from Superior Moving to Mambo based on their reviews.  I was livid before they arrived. I had the afternoon appointment and was told that they would be arriving around noon-2, but I got a call around 130 saying they would be there at 5-6! I was so upset , as I had gotten up early to be ready . I sent an email stating I shouldn't be charged the regular rate , they responded saying there was nothing they could do . All of that aside , the actual movers were great . They piled three boxes at a time on their back and took to the truck . They even fixed a broken shelf in my book case. They were super fast and very friendly I liked that I got three guys.. Won't use them again though.

Payment is CASH or CERTIFIED check. We somehow missed that. After they unloaded the truck they told us and I literally ran to the bank to get $1200 in cash. While I was waiting to get the cash at the bank I got a text that the price increased by $40!   Seriously folks who carries that much cash around with them. Mambo movers said the clock was ticking! This doesn't seem fair I was racing past people on the street in DC to get the money to them--then the guy says well I guess that will cover it!! Stressful!! A certified check is not possible because you get it for the exact amount. Since they increase the price while you waiting to get the check-- no can do!  To their credit, they put the bed together quickly and broke only a few glasses after dropping a box. They also brought a truck that was larger than needed so they said extra time may be added on their end because they had to get weighed at various weigh stations along the way! Shady

Dream movers!! simply The best!They moved fast yet careful. They had a great attitude. Professional work. Communications skills were on point! I will never Uhaul ever again. Thank You Mambo movers!! XO
