DO NOT use this company. I was held to ransom on the day of our move. I was forced to pay more than we were quoted. They did not finish the job, our things were dumped in our garage and we had to move them to the correct places. Things were not rebuilt as quoted in the price and the majority of our things were damaged. It made our move more stressful than it needed to be and we massively overpaid for poor service. We are taking this to a small claims court.

Very poor service. Take ages to pack things. Just drop things in boxes without any paper protection so that when they carry the boxes, things moved and got broken. A number of broken items during the removal. Please avoid them!!

The absolute worst. Bait and Switch on pricing. Horrible customer service. Storage fees that are borderline highway robbery and a straight up ransom to get your possessions from them. You'd be better off hiring day laborer's to load your stuff up in a U-Haul and drive it yourself, you'd save so much money. The customer service woman gives attitude and is about the worst I've ever seen. Gives you a call less than 24 hours before the arrival date and expects you to be available. Zero communication and constantly charging you for "unforeseen" expenses. I would not use this company ever again, stick with a national company or do it yourself.

My neighbour is currently using Dependable Van Lines to move into their apartment and the drivers are very unprofessional and rude. They blocked the entire lift so nobody else in the building can use it and also placed items in front of the door so it stays on one level. When I mentioned this was completely rude and unfair, all they could come up with was "I can't think of any other way"...I guess it's too bad if someone who can't use the stairs needs to go anywhere. Disgusting people who can only be described as proletariat at best.

Giving this company One star is even more than they are worth. This company is full of nothing but excuse after excuse. Managers have are spineless and have ZERO knowledge of what they are doing.
