Everyone I interacted with during my first use of the service was highly professional and expeditious. I needed a couch moved while I was out of town from one location to the next, and everything was handled easily through the app. The support team also gave me a referral credit when the initial one didn't go through. Super accommodating, flexible and efficient!

Horrible!! I have tried using Dolly twice now just for a 'micro move' and both times NO ONE SHOWED UP!! No explanation, no apologies, and then after they were 30 min late just a notice on the app that my move was cancelled! I tried calling customer service and just got sent to voicemail. This is a terrible system and Dolly doesn't monitor or take any accountability. This was a huge stress and waste of time, I would not take the risk of using this service

Worst moving experience of my life. I secured a dolly four weeks before my move out date to ensure I could get one. The helper and I had messaged back and forth about some logistics and I was excited to have everything settled. Less than 24 hours before my move, he canceled on me.This was a huge problem. I didn't have a plan B. Instantly I called customer service they worked to find me a helper. There were no 2 people Dolly's available so they marked my job as a 1 person job and asked me to bring a friend along to help. Less than ideal. But at this time and 12 hours till my move, I had very little choices. I had my apartment elevator reserved for 1 hour and could not move my items any other time since all slots were full. 12 hours later, I was ready to move with a few friends. Unfortunately, my second helper never came. I can't make this situation up. I was completely stranded. My friends and I had to quickly move all my items out of my apartment and down the freight elevator before my scheduled time was up. With nowhere to turn, my friends graciously moved every single item I had to my new apartment, a three-floor walk-up. Spending their entire Sunday helping since dolly failed twice. I hesitate to ever use dolly again. Use extreme caution and have a backup plan in case your dolly cancels. The customer service rep waived my cancellation fee as the second dolly never showed but was still scheduled as coming. So I had to cancel since they were not coming and he wouldn't cancel himself. Too kind of them, extreme sarcasm. Moving is already stressful and dolly made it an absolute nightmare.

Dolly was an INCERDIBLE service. I used it to move a queen sized mattress and a side table and even scheduled the day of. The entire process was seamless and ended up costing less than renting a truck and finding someone else to help me. The process was seamless. I will definitely be using this app again.
