On April 28th, 2022, at 2:26 PM I was contacted by Al Russo an employee with Executive Van Lines from phone number (754) 241-2804 to assist me in moving my belongings from Oregon to New Jersey. I was told the estimated price would be $1650.00. I was to pay a deposit of $689.00. I requested for the money to be withdrawn on May 3rd, 2022. They tried taking out the money on April 28th. After fully reading the contract, I realized the 18-wheeler would not be able to reach my apartment and they were trying to withdrawal the money so the next day I called them and spoke with a manager regarding the withdrawal and to cancel the contract because of the 18-wheeler issue. I had called back to verify the cancelation and the money would not be withdrawn from my account and was informed it would not be. On May 3, 2022, I discovered they took out $689.00 from my account. I called them and was informed I would receive my refund with in 4 to 7 weeks. On June 2,2022 I called again and was told they would send an email to billing department. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was unable to. I've sent numerous emails and continued to call once a week thru July. In July I was told there was no record of the transaction. In August until now I call both numbers 888-261-0771 and 754-241-2804 and receives a busy signal. It is now September and I still have not received my refund.

This is an outstanding company to hire. I will recommend them to all! All our items were delivered safe and sound, moving staff were helpful and very courteous.

They had a great team, knew what they were doing, were very friendly, respectful, and worked hard. They earned every dollar and alleviated the stress of moving. We'll use them again - thanks for making a stressful day a lot easier!

Very unhappy with Executive Van Lines, I would not recommend them. Driver was 8 hrs late from my confirmed time 12-4pm. I can understand if some items were over my allowed amount (on on inventory) but not 46 items on the inventory list. To include the 46 items I would have had to give the driver an additional $3k+. I also was charged for each step the 3 movers took loading the truck, come really. Th charge was $400+ however if I gave him $200 cash which I did he said he would not include that on my invoice.

The employees at Executive Van Lines were pleasant but very misleading, I spoke with Christian who has a calming voice but and good customer service talents. I listen to him and finally asked if they would assists me in getting the 46 items left behind at little of no extra cost. He finally did confirm that Executive Van Lines is not liable and he understood how I felt.

Last time I will ever use them and will NOT REFER ANYONE to this broker

I gave them 1* because the CSR are polite.

I am very pleased with the service. Packers and movers were on time, which is the best attribute of any business. They were very neat and detailed. Highly recommended.
