Rude, unprofessional and was overchargedBeware..You could be overcharged.Michael quoted me $1075. At the end of my move I was charged $1444.Michael said I would be paying for two movers over one day.At the last minute Michael changed my move two two days instead of one day and utilized three movers instead if two.I was charged $170 per hour instead of $110 (the original quote). When I confronted Michael with this he became very rude and refused to refund me any money.On my move day I was surprised that two kids were the actual movers and Michael was nowhere to be found.One of his workers had a family member who lives in my new town. Without asking me he invited his brother into my new home. As a single female I was surprised and found this very unprofessional.Do not recommend!!

The best experience ever with movers, Everett and his crew are fast efficient and professional, If I had a business and needed a team leader, Everett is the kind of guy I would try to steal away. Also I was quoted for a two person crew by Paulette, they sent three and didn't charge for the third. These are my guys whenever I need any help moving or when anyone I know is moving. I would give them 10 stars if Yelp would allow it. So refreshing when quality customer service is falling by the way side, especially here in the Silicone Valley.

I don't give 5 star reviews lightly, but these guys deserved it.  I had to move my mom's stuff from her small apartment to my house about 5 miles away in San Jose.  They showed up on time and were ready to go.  They worked efficiently and effectively together to bring all the stuff out of the room down to their moving van and then over to my house where it was unloaded into the garage.  There were zero issues and the price was very fair for the work done.

Flawless, Fast, and Friendly!These guys were so good that it spurred me to write my first rating on Yelp. I was moving from an apartment in Sunnyvale to a house in San Jose. Called a few weeks ago, and Paulette was really nice on the phone. She quoted me at $110 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours on Monday (10/13), which is a fairly decent quote! She also sent me an email confirming my move, which was great as well. The night before my move, I sent them a map of the apartment complex to show them where they should park. This was a very small move for me; a queen sized tempurpedic bed, night stand, desk, TV stand, and a 40+ LCD TV. My appointment was for 9am, and they showed up probably 10 minutes early which was great. They gave me a call when I arrived, and I came down with them to show them the path through the complex on how to get to my apartment. Everett (supervisor) was very nice and he's definitely a pro at this. Eric and Bernard were also there to assist, and they were great as well. I took them up to the apartment where I had already prepped everything for them (stripped the bed, taped down the drawers, cleared a path in the apartment, etc.), and they came in and started working right away. They had all the proper equipment (hand truck, moving dollies, moving blankets, etc.), and Everett was fantastic at on how to maneuver and handle all the pieces due to his 13 years of experience. They loaded up the truck, and properly strapped everything down and covered everything in moving blankets. Again, with any move it always helps to prep your stuff and find the easiest path in order for the movers to get your stuff to the truck (properly sized elevator, through the garage, etc.). They arrived at my house and went to work. I also had sent an email Paulette a couple days before (last minute add on my part) asking if they could help remove 3 couches and help me donate it at the local Savers, which they were more than happy to do. They unloaded my stuff with laser precision (no damage), and we drove down to the local Savers to donate them. We finished everything in UNDER TWO HOURS, even including my last minute add for the couches. These guys were fast, very down to earth, and definitely someone I'd recommend 100%. We're all trying to make a living here, and so I tipped them as well since they were so good. 100% satisfied with their work, Everett is a fantastic supervisor, and can't say enough great stuff about them! Thank again fellas!

I called and got pricing but asked for an in home estimate since that is what they offer. I scheduled one for a few days later.  The morning of the appointment, Michael called and had to cancel because one of his trucks broke down. I did not mind this because he called. He said he'd call me back that day to reschedule but he never did.  About 10 days later I called back to reschedule and ended up talking to Michael phone. He apologized for not getting back to me and we rescheduled for a few days later. He picked the time because I had a lot of availability. Well that time came and went. He never called saying he couldn't make it. He just didn't show. It's been a full day since that appointment and I haven't heard from him.  I've been calling other movers since. Their prices are also higher than other movers at 110/ hr for 2 guys and 170/hr for 3 guys.
