Called to reserve an appointment for a survey, they confirmed a certain appointment for a survey and got the person name (Scott Creamer). They take all my information, cell phone and address. And guess what no body shows up!!!! I called them to ask  why no body shows up and they couldn't find any of my information on their system. Very surprising !! How they are going to do a good service if they are not showing up on time and not even bother to call to cancel. Really wasted my time waiting for them... Went with another company for sure....

I recently had a great experience with the hard working crew of ACE Relocation.  I was off to a great start with Scott Cramer as our estimator.  He was thorough, professional and efficient as he walked through our home to give us an estimate.  The estimate was spot on to what the move actually ended up costing us.  But what blew me away was his followup after the move.  The medicine cabinet in one of our bathrooms did not get packed.  He arranged to meet with the realtor to pick up our items at our previous home south of Gilroy and then personally delivered them to our new home in San Francisco almost two hours away.  I felt that was above and beyond service.  Thank you Scott - I hope ACE appreciates the value to their business you represent.

Everyone I met at ACE was great. Scott was professional and timely, and did a thorough evaluation of my house. He also helped me get some used boxes to help me save a couple bucks. Michelle was very helpful coordinating everything and answering all of my questions. I packed my own boxes, but Doug and his team did a smooth and easy job of packing my house into a truck, including a tricky to move piano. Doug was also the driver and had another adept team on the East coast to unload my thing. It was nice to see a familiar face. I would highly recommend ACE and definitely use them again.

I used their long distance department out of Long Beach when I moved last year.  Had such a great experience I decided to utilize them again for an in town move.  Compared to my 2 man crew they were much slower and not careful with some of my stuff.  I have an amoir that I love very much and they scratched the heck out of the molding and almost broke a leg of it!  To tell you the truth I think they knew what they did and when we got to my new apartment they were pointing out the damage from previous movers to the apartment to distract me.  It was a midweek move and after having to return to work for 2 days I finally had a chance to inspect all my furniture closely and found the damage.When setting up some of my larger furniture I had told about 3 of the guys who seemed pretty good at English to set up things a certain way so I can put things in etc.  When I walked through the apt. come to find out they weren't listening to disseminating the information and I had to ask them reposition certain things.I would not recommend them and I am very sad they did not live up to the same reputation as their Long Beach based counterparts.

This review is for Ace Relocation Systems out of San Marcos, Texas.  After what appeared to be a smooth + professional moving experience at origin + destination, I discovered 2 boxes that had been sliced opened.  Stolen from boxes were a family heirloom quilt + additional blanket + tax filings paperwork.  Not only upset over loss of lovely quilt, but now extremely worried about identify theft.  What are these thugs doing with my tax filings paperwork???  After removal of contents, boxes were cleverly cut down to appear square + tight, then re-taped with cheap brown tape over my white tape.  Which thug had that amount of time inside of truck without supervision???  It happened to be my birthday on moving day.  "Friendly," "professional," honest" movers happily sang "Happy Birthday"...all the while stealing valuables + important paperwork behind my back!  I've provided Orange County Sheriff Department all the information they need to investigate owner/operator of truck.
