I was extremely happy with the high quality of Ace relocation systems. Their professionalism was very appreciated on moving some furniture from florida to california. My sister handled things on the pickup in florida and was very impressed by the packing and handling of the artwork, etc. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to  others that need their services.Denise C.Sonoma, Ca

The beginning of the process was actually pleasant - from Eric who came to survey our home in California, to the driver Luis and his team of guys who were all very friendly and professional.Unfortunately, it went downhill during the drop-off in Washington.  The team of two gentlemen who carried the boxes and packages into the home, were very pleasant and friendly.  Unfortunately, the driver Steve was immensely condescending and very unprofessional.Upon their arrival at the place, Steve got off the truck and asked, "Who's in charge here?"  I replied, "I am."  He then turned to me and pointed his finger at me as if he was holding a gun, and made a "shooting" sound.  Who does that?!  After that he started cracking up at his own joke, that he absurdly thinks is humorous.  He shared his "joke" with the two men who didn't seem to show any appreciation for his joke either. What he did was very offensive and extremely inappropriate!!!  He continued to hand me over a piece of paper, without explaining what it is or what I'm supposed to do with it.  One of the two men who was helping carry the shipment was nice enough to tell me what I needed to do with the inventory form. When all the boxes/shipment were placed in the home, there were 5 inventory items initially missing.  Some items did not have stickers on them, so Steve just randomly assigned the missing numbers on the items that did not have stickers.  It was CHAOTIC!  He was even ORDERING ME to uncover the number of an item, pointing his finger at it and telling me, "How about that?  What's the number on that one?"  What an ill-mannered person!  He randomly figured out which number belonged to which item, and we ended up with yet two items that are unaccounted for.  They left, and as I walked back to my place I noticed that there were a few items in the garage that they've forgotten to place in the house - I've had to lift those myself (I'm a 5'1" 95-lb pound girl).  Upon completing the tedious unpacking process, I found one of the two items and it was damaged.  The second item - still missing - contained original wood art work and a priceless bronzed pair of  baby shoes. Ace Relocations prices were reasonable relative to other movers.  Had I known that something priceless would go missing, I would've gladly paid twice for a more efficient moving company. It's unfortunate that an awful employee like Steve affected the professionalism of everyone else who helped with the move; he's very unprofessional, rude, condescending, and definitely portrays the company negatively.

RUN!!!!! We used Ace/Atlas to move our daughter from Austin to Madison and we were totally ripped off.  Eric was so nice and helpful at the beginning and we were given a quote but the delivery date did not work for us. Eric then gave us a new quote that was $750.00 more to have it delivered by the date we needed.  We agreed to this because it was so important we received the furniture by that day.  They promised us up until the day before delivery it would be there and then they told us it would be a day late.  When I said I wouldn't pay the extra $750.00 they said I had to pay to get my furniture and then could file a claim after for my refund.  Guess what- they then offered me only $200.00 back because they were only a day late.  I told them only a fool would agree to pay $750.00 extra for a certain delivery date and agree to get paid back portions for every day they are late.  They will not pay me the money so I'm just out $750.00.   This place it a scam-they will promise you anything for your business but once they get their money they don't care.

This review is long overdue but well deserved most specifically to the moving coordinator Michelle Blake that jumped through hoops to logistically make everything happen and Sal Serra and his crew who safely moved my belongings. Couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful group. Moving across country the first time was a stressful event but ace relocations pulled through and on top of it got everything in place for me before Christmas as promised. One thing that put me off was my salesperson whom I felt may have over-promised dates and delivery to close the deal but Michelle stepped up to the challenge and really made everything happen. I hope she is still with the company and gets to read how much she was appreciated. The moving crew that I was assigned to was crazy good - communication the whole way-and I can only hope that I am fortunate enough to get the same type of experience with my next move. Based off of my experience I would recommend them for both short and long distance moves.

I really couldn't have told you that I would be writing this review before our experience with Ace, but here I am. My wife took a job as an executive at a Salt Lake City company, and they contracted to move our family from California. The movers were to pack, load, deliver, and partially unload our items. We had also contracted for a 4 day packing period, and then a two day unload. As day 3 started coming to a close, the truck driver (who leads the move) decided he wanted to end a day early in order that he save $1000 on payments to the hired workers who actually did the packing. He also wanted to get back home and have an extra day there. This rush to finish ended by the movers not packing everything, and leaving items behind. Then, on the arrival side, they rushed again and decided to do it all in one day instead of two. This resulted in many boxes going in to the wrong rooms, and the partial unpack being hastily done. Now, two weeks later, we find ourselves unpacking delicate glass items which were barely wrapped in protective paper underneath piles of heavy books. We have a list of items which we will claim through their insurance, and we still have dozens of boxes to go.And here is another crazy thing they did-they took off all of the wires which connects the peripherals (printers, hard drives, etc.) and they put them in a "parts box". Terrible idea, as we still can't find the parts box and are digging through boxes trying to put things together. All in all I would say this move wasn't done with the care it could have been given, and the rush rush added unnecessary stress plus meant some of our valuable were compromised.Hard to recommend them at this point.
