Let me tell you a bit about myself. Ever since I was a kid, I had wanted to become a professional surfer. In addition, I had always been attracted to the leisurely lifestyle of the west coast. So about two years ago I decided to quit my job as sales manager and pursue my passion. I worked odd jobs for a little over a year in order to save up for my relocation and surfing classes. When I finally felt like I was ready to take the step, I started looking for a moving company that was good, but affordable.  I knew better than to fall for ridiculously cheap movers, since some of my friends have had bad experiences with such companies before. Among all the companies I took into consideration, Trico Long Distance Movers stood out the most. When I called them, they explained everything in the simplest possible terms, making it easy to understand for a layman like myself.  The guys from the company were pretty laid back, and one of them even shared my passion for surfing. I almost felt like I had a bunch of friend over for a party. Anyway, since I couldn't really afford full moving services, I had to pack my things myself, but they offered me a bunch of moving tips, which helped a lot. Make sure to check their website for some good suggestions!  After more than thirty years of life in Dallas, I finally got to enjoy the waves on the west coast, and it's all thanks to these guys. Once I master surfing, I am planning on moving on to mountain climbing, and I'm counting on Trico Long Distance Movers to help me move to a more rocky area of the country.

I have no idea how they did and finished the moving process in this heat but everything was finished one hour earlier than was expected!The movers packed and took the whole entire 2 bedroom apartment in a heart of Los Angeles when the temperature outside was too hot to walk around, I am not saying to carry the furniture, tables and boxes.All movers (total of 4) were very easy going people and very easy to cooperate with. They showed a high level of professionalism by taking all the furniture with care and without any fears. All items were packed, taped and taken to the truck. They were using all their equipment such as tape, tape gun, meager tape with A+, they knew what to do and how to deal with it.How did I find their phone number? I have a very very very good friend who used their service for his own move. I called them by referral and I was served by the phone very nice, kind and respectfully. The booking part was very easy. The day i wanted was available and I booked the earliest time for me - 9am. I needed to have the whole day of movers work because the whole truck had to go to Nevada to my new place. The road took about 5.5 hours with traffic and stops. It's is not too bad I think for such a big truck!The whole loading process was done by lunch. Fast! I took my car and drove to Vegas and then to Henderson(where I was moving). I took my a little bit less then for the truck.Unloading was finished even faster. The movers seemed to me not tired. They were laughing and smiling. I moved to 2 bedroom town house and there was not too much work to put all the things to the right places. At 8 pm I was already in my bed thinking of what to unpack first lolThank you guys! Good job!

I had a great experience moving from Philadelphia to Boston with Trico.  This was not a cheap move, but my items were packed thoughtfully and carefully.  Patrick in the main office was extremely helpful with coordinating the move.  Jeremy and Jerriel were there for both the pick-up and delivery and were kind, efficient, and extremely professional.  I would definitely use this group again.

I have called two weeks ago to make an appointment for them to come help me in moving my furniture and they were so reliable and so on time on the day we began the whole process. They made sure that I was satisfied with the manner in which they performed the move and packaged our belongings. I was very happy that I called them and not other company for help.   One more thing I liked was that they didn't leave any scratches on the piano when they moved it. I will definitely be calling them again next time as each time we've moved a single piece of large furniture, it had received some sort of damage but with Trico it was spotless. If you need to move a bunch of little things or merely just one large home decor call them, they can tackle any obstacles you may have.
