Trico gave me the best quotes out of all the other companies that I've contacted to ship my cars! The cars arrived a little bit earlier than the expected arrival date. They arrived in good condition! There were no damages/scratches/dings. However, I was missing approximately $350 dollars worth of sun glasses (Ray-ban and Gucci) as well as a coin bag (coins I carry in a bag for parking meters) worth about 10 dollars in quarters. I am sure someone that shipped the car stole them. No biggie as they didn't take my computer. It could be because of the way I packed the trunk which resulted in everything being together very tight and compact.I would recommend to whoever is shipping their car is to make sure you select the correct date in which you want your vehicle to be shipped before you make a deposit and sign the agreement form. It is very hard to go back and reschedule the date once you've signed! This happened to me as I wanted to ship my cars out earlier but I had no luck. I made multiple phone calls and the rep on the phone assured to me that they would call me back to let me know but I never heard anything back. They simply ignored me after they took the payment.Other than that, they are ok! I am happy that my cars arrived safe and sound (not abused) as they were shipped across country from MA to CA! Word of advice, do not ship with valuable items in your car (such as money or expensive materialistic things) as they will get stolen. I learned this the hard way.Would I use them again? Probably not. I would most likely use a reputable company that charge more to ensure a peace of mind. If you are shipping a regular car then yes but if its a luxury car, please do not. You might regret it. I was lucky that mine arrived safely.

Trico helped move some family members and they did an awesome job! Our family came from Arizona and from pick up to delivery, it could not have been an easier process! They were professional, careful and got the job done!  It was a pleasure working with them and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

I grew up in Los Angeles and I love the city, but the truth is, it is becoming impossible to live in. It is overcrowded and overpriced. That is why I decided to move with my kids to Dallas. Not only am I able to provide my family with more here, but I am sure that my kids will grow up in a healthier environment.Anyway, as soon as I decided to move, my best friend told me that I should hire a moving company. I had never moved home before, but the idea of someone packing all my belongings and doing all the hard work sounded quite tempting. I was pretty sure I couldn't do it on my own, especially with a three-year old and two five-year-olds roaming around the apartment non-stop. The only problem was. I had no idea which company to hire. I had heard about people being scammed before and the last thing I needed was someone tricking me out of my money. I did some research and found out that there are ways in which you can make sure the company you are hiring is legitimate. Choosing Trico Long Distance Movers is one of the best decisions I have ever made. They were professional and patient. They didn't even mind my son who was so eager to play with their equipment.I have nothing but gratitude for these guys, they stayed on schedule throughout the whole process and transported all our things in perfect condition. Probably the best thing was the fact that there were no hidden expenses and no tricks, the one thing I had feared most. They quoted me the price based on all furniture and boxes I was moving, and ended up paying that exact price. I am more than satisfied with Trico Long Distance Moving Company and I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Even my son wants to become a professional mover when he grows up.

Pros:Had many questions which were all answered there was always someone available by phone. Overall my things arrived on time and undamaged. Cons:Hard to estimate boxes number and they need to do full packing service for full insurance values.  My only issue is on the day of move the updated order was not sent and the movers did not come prepared for full pack.  They did a good job however after they got the updated information but this delayed things about an hour.

This review is based on initial estimate. I contacted to bid my move. Had a long conversation regarding my inventory. Then was sent an email. I followed up. No one got back to me. I followed up again, they said someone would call me. No one ever did. After multiple attempts on my part. I figure I would not use them due to the fact they don't return phone calls or emails. After all information was provided including my availability for them to come out. Wasted my time and unprofessional to not call back after several attempts. I took my business elsewhere VIP Transport with Mayflower. It has been seamless and the have great ratings on department of transportation.
