Very helpful staff base and considerate movers. i had to move from Los Angeles, after 14 years of accumulation, to Mass and they were calm and collected, helping me through the entire, awful ordeal. Plus, my stuff arrived mostly unscathed so I think, in the end, that's really what matters. I would use them again and will definitely recommend them for anyone with a distance move in their future.

Fabulous service on both ends of the move, Los Angeles / Colorado. Everything arrived on time and without any damage. My furniture was well wrapped, packed and labeled, and the items that were disassembled were quickly put back together. Also, the communication with the primary contractor was professional and thorough.I highly recommend this moving company.

Trico Long Distance Movers handled my move from Los Angeles to Reno with such professionalism, ease, strength, politeness and meticulousness. I was blown away by what an excellent job they did.Moving is hell. It always is. Trico did their part to make the physical stuff moving part of it as easy as possible. I am forever grateful. The first thing we liked about Trico was how so much of the preliminary move process could be handled over the Internet. So much easier. I liked that they could go on photos of my stuff rather then come into my messy boxed up apartment like another mover we had talked to wanted to do. I hate strange people coming into my space. All of our communications with Trico were at the times and dates scheduled. They were reachable by phone and email and left messages as needed. Trico seemed to understand how stressful this was for us. When my mother and I were sorting through the warren of boxes my one-bedroom had become she was worried that the movers wouldn't be able to lift many of the boxes. 100 lb me couldn't lift most of them. We needn't have worried. These big strong guys were piling four big boxes on a hand truck and navigating them down a flight of stairs. When I tried to carry out just one of those boxes to the car I ended up falling down the stairs. I was impressed by their strength and skill. Trico are professionals. They know what they're doing. The movers showed up right on time on the day scheduled. I let them up the gate and stairs to my apartment. Over the course of several hours they moved the massive amount of stuff I had in there out into the waiting truck. My mom and I just sat on the couch with the stuff that wasn't getting moved and watched it all go down. The movers didn't talk much, which was totes fine. A little in Spanish. They did play music though. They played some good jams! I noticed Journey and Queen wafting from the mover's little radio. Nothing like a some classic rock when you're checking out of the Hotel California while you still can leave. I liked the tunes.Other things I liked about the move-out were: they meticulously labeled each box and crate with sticker with a number and name. They thoroughly wrapped ALL the furniture, even stuff I wouldn't have wrapped, in packing blankets, plastic and packing tape. I will probably never be able to erase the squeal of packing tape from my senses but someday. All those packing blankets paid off though, because two days later when a different mover guy unloaded all of my stuff at the storage unit NOTHING was broken. We were especially pleased with the move-in. It went beautifully. Although the storage unit location had changed, the truck showed up early and the guy was super-nice.Blessed Reno isn't as hot as LA, but it was still sunny around the middle of the day. The mover produced a water and gatorade for my mother and I in the middle of the moving job which was very sweet. He unwrapped everything we asked him to and kept wrapped the few things we didn't. We in turn peeled tape off and folded the packing blankets. He padded the furniture with paper. Stacked everything in careful Tetris in the storage unit where blessed be it all fit! It took a good few hours as the move-out had, but the job was done efficiently and well.I really liked the way that Trico had an exact inventory of every single box and piece of furniture that we checked off as they came out of the truck. It was a level of meticulous carefulness that I appreciated.I was super-impressed with Trico Long Distance. I knew it was a very difficult task and professional movers were the only way to do it. Trico exceeded my expectations and avoided any of my feared moving pitfalls. Would recommend.

If something does not work out your way not just for their cards and give up. We received the reference to these guys very late into this entire process which let us to give them a call on the short notice. Thankfully, they were still willing to work with us and did not charge us an exaggerated price. Will definitely consider coming back to these guys if you need help in the future. The spiral staircase in the middle of the living room had to be the most annoying person part of this move. I did not know how the movers adjusted to that obstacle but they did and it was great. They managed to carry heavy boxes and drawers all the way downstairs and out into the trucks. They pay great attention to detail and provide nothing but professional service throughout the entire job. Even the guy who was in charge of driving the trucks was inside at one point helping us out with packing and carrying the stuff outside. My father noticed every aspect of their effort that they put forth for us and we were trying to help them as much as we could. They told us that it was not necessary but our essential goal was to make their job easier, after all moving definitely is not an easy process. The entire process took us about a week to complete and the shipping was an additional two or three days. On the very first day that our furniture was delivered, the whole moving crew hopped out and carried everything inside. They even waited until my mom decided where she wanted everything to be placed and organized it as she wanted. Some of the best customer service around town, try these guys out they will take care of your move. Overall, their timing was solid as they managed to arrive ahead of schedule every morning and their preparation was all completed by the time we invited them inside. As for their work ethic, it was a full rating as they did not stop or take a break until the entire job was completed. I definitely have a keen eye for detail and the movers at this company definitely managed to take care of every small part of this moving process.

I went with Trico because of there excellent reviews here on yelp. Frank Feldesi was awesome by helping me set up my move and always helping me if i had any questions. AlI i had to do was email him and in less then 10 minutes he would call me and answer my question. Couldn't have asked for better service and would totally pick Trico again if i ever had to move a vehicle.
