I went into the long distance move from the Boston area to Southern California very cynical. I went on Yelp for reviews and selected TRICO from the excellent reviews. After contacting TRICO I felt a bit better due to the agent's and estimator's interaction with us. I must say, TRICO exceeded my expectations of outstanding service. There were NO surprises, no bait and switch tactics and outstanding/exceptional customer service every single step of the way. The best part of dealing with TRICO was the communication, via email and phone call, throughout every aspect of the move. From beginning to end, the communication was outstanding.It is clear that TRICO selects very caring employees who take pride in their work and have exceptional customer service skills. Specifically I would like to recognize Joseph Chevalier, he was the point person and key contact along the way. He reassured me, answered all my questions and proactively communicated all along the way. I was totally inexperienced with a long distance move and he instilled confidence and provided much needed reassurance to me during a very stressful time.Once we arrived in Southern California, our crew of three: Francisco Villegas, Omar and Wilfredo, continued to exceed expectations. Again, the communication was top notch. I got a call the night before with a 4 hour window, and the day of with a 30 minute window. The crew showed up and very mindfully unpacked the truck, asking where items should be placed. I had such fear of our belongings getting lost, broken or held for ransom! I have had friends who have had horrible experiences with distance moving companies and that is all I had in mind when embarking of selecting company.TRICO is a good as it gets for long distance moving companies.

Trico's quality of service from start to finish was as good as it gets! I had no idea where to start on this daunting move and my representative helped me take an accurate inventory ahead of time. The movers came in a 30 minute window so I didn't have to sit and wait around one bit! They were professional and friendly. They moved 40+ pieces of furniture and boxes in 3.5 hours! It was incredible. I would absolutely use Trico again. No hidden fees and amazing quality service!

The Trico Long Distance Movers team was on time for every scheduled phone call and in-person meeting. We felt comfortable with them, never in a rush or panic. They really knew how to put us at ease, because they are so well organized and helpful. We have nothing but words of thanks for them.My wife Susan owns a little art gallery in Los Angeles. It's a smallbut cute gallery with paintings of contemporary American and Mexican artists.In the patio of the gallery, there are a few sculptural modern art exhibits.Anyway, the gallery was offered to be a guest at the opening of a recentlyrenovated casino hotel in Las Vegas. This was something we could not miss. Butwe only knew how to take care of the gallery, and bring in more artifacts, wenever took the artwork outside for a premier opening night anywhere. So we hadto think of how this artifact relocation is going to work. We were responsiblefor arranging transportation for a one-time exhibition and back.Aside from the transport, we had to secure storage for art andsculptures, think of additional insurance, the logistics and the display in thehotel gallery.After an exhaustive search online reading through countless profilesof interstate movers, we found Trico Long Distance Movers. These guys stood outfrom all the rest because they were ultra-responsive, detailed, andprofessional after the first call. They also didn't seem as mortified as theother movers when we told them that we need to move valuable art pieces  They told us to definitely get additional insurance.But seriously, they really took great care of all the artwork. Theguys they sent to pack our things were acquainted with the right ways ofhandling such things. They made sure all the paintings and sculptures werecompletely protected. There were a lot of special size crates involved, and I'mhappy to say that Trico guys knew what they were doing. The additional chargewasn't too high, and it was pretty amazing. We kind of felt like VIPs  Eventhe guys who loaded everything onto the truck were really careful andprofessional. They tied the boxes and sculptures with all kinds of straps, tomake sure they stay in place.The storage units they provided us with in Vegas were just asamazing. They were one of those units where you can control the temperature andhumidity, which is really important with things such as paintings. What's more,we got the units for free, since we needed them for less than thirty days.Oh and the most important thing - nothing was damaged. All thepaintings and sculptures were in perfect condition. If something had happenedto those, my wife's gallery days would be over.All in all, it is amazing how much time they set aside for us. Wefelt like we were working with a dear friend the entire time. Absolutelysuperbly organized move. All the work was carried out with utmost care andprofessionalism by your very friendly and helpful staff, and my wife and Iwould happily recommend this company to anyone interested in moving longdistance.

Incredible service from Nick!! I brought a car from Audi in California and was scrambling around to get it shipped to Salt Lake City. I contacted many companies, a lot of them Yelp rated. I found poor customer service, bad attitude and plain incompetence. Until I contacted Nick at Trico. I really liked their guaranteed window for delivery and pickup. The transport from Vince and Richard at Skin went really well, such nice guys. Delivered in 2 days after pickup in great condition!! Thanks Trico!!
