Not sure where to begin here...So for move out, the guy that came and did all the paper work (two other guys did the moving) told me it was going to be about $400 more than the price they had estimated. Therefore I had him take out an entire table, chairs, nightstand, and lamp. He told me it was still going to be $400 more...how does this make any sense if it's per cubic feet and I just took out so many things! Stupid. Then when he was done moving I was caught up in all the paperwork that I forgot to look to see if he had gotten everything (my bad I know) and he forgot two boxes (which were on the list to move). Horrible.I moved from SD to SF and in the middle I had them store my items. Storage prices are crazy high especially for how much I paid for just the moving costs. Accounts payable over there needs to get it together. They emailed me letting me know that my stuff that was in storage was going to be put up for auction....UMMM WHAT. First of all, are you not going to give me a notice before hand? It was all a mix up as they THOUGHT I hadn't paid, even though I did. After that whole debacle, I finally was ready to move. When they got to my new place they looked at how many steps I had and charged me $75 for every 7 steps. Mind you, in SD they did not do this. So I had to pay another $300 for my stairs. When they unwrapped everything, it was all dirty and gross, lamp broken, my bike is now broken and unrecognizable and when I told them this they proceeded to tell me that is what it looked like when they picked it up. I wish I could give the actual movers a different rating because they did their job and didn't complain but the company is just awful. Use a different moving company.

Well, after all my referrals and trusting this company, they finally let me down. My last move, which will be my last time doing business with them, was absolutely the one to break the lucky streak. My stuff took over a month to get to me, many business days passed the promised date and much of it is broken now. They did not keep in touch like before. I don't know what happened but I am beyond disappointed and am now in the process of getting reimbursed for the mishandling of items and this ridiculous waiting period. What a waste of time and money and energy. Never again. They had me, but now they have lost me. This time it was an AWFUL experience.

This a great moving company. I highly recommend them. Punctuate on time and courteous service. When calling ask for Steve from Promotional Department he's a great guy and very helpful. He's very helpful-he's accurate on the size of your load so you are not being over charged.I am happy!

This is an update to my previous review where I was scammed, robbed and treated like absolute garbage by this company. I want everyone out there to know that despite what they tell you when your stuff is broken and boxes are missing, there is something that you can do about it. You can take a stand against bogus companies that do nothing but lie and rip off their customers like Hercules Moving Systems does.I took Hercules Moving Systems to small claims court...and I won. I won almost all the money back that I was charged for the move. They tried to skate out of it and intimidate me several times, telling me that I wasn't allowed to sue them where I was suing them because their contract said I couldn't....LIE. I sued them where they did business with me and won. They tried to offer me a couple hundred bucks to keep my mouth shut, or as they call it "Good Faith"...I didn't take it. Go to the police, file a report against them. File your paperwork in the small claims court in your area. Put the word out so that other people don't get swindled by these crooks.DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH GROSS NEGLIGENCE. You work hard for your property and your belongings have more than just monetary value. Don't be bullied by their "dispatch" people, lied to by their sales people or spoken to like crap by their customer service representatives. Be strong, and fight. I did and it paid off. I didn't get every penny back, but I proved my point and truly feel vindicated.Most of all, if you are on Yelp trying to figure out if you should hire this company, I am here to let you know right now THAT YOU SHOULD NOT! BUT if you already have and went through what I went through, stand your ground.

The best service , very quick and efficient. Everything was wrapped carefully and they accomplished 2 moves in under 5 hours , way to go !3 guys and it was very reasonable cost
