This review is written about a cross-country move from NYC to Los Angeles. My boyfriend hired these movers to move his small studio apartment in NY to a house in Pasadena. According to him, the movers who picked up his stuff in NYC were okay.It was when he was trying to organize the delivery date that things got messy and this review became a 1-star.He had a scheduled delivery date in March but we had to push that back because the house we bought wasn't finished yet due to unforeseen delays. He was prompt in letting Hercules know that we had to reschedule the delivery.Once we were ready, he called them back and was given the run around. Someone at the company said the new requested date should be fine and someone will call back to confirm. No one called back after a few days, so my boyfriend called. Same thing "should be fine, someone will call you closer to the date to confirm". No call.Boyfriend called them a day or two before the requested a new delivery date. The person he spoke to at the front had no idea what was going on. She told him that they wouldn't be able to deliver his stuff for a least another week. He asked for free access to his things at the warehouse, but she basically told him no.He told me he has blocked that experience from his memory because it was such poor customer service. Good thing I was with him to remember it.Fast forward to today: the delivery date.After a little back and forth between which day it would be... Sunday? Monday? Tuesday? back to Monday.Things are broken, cracked, splintered... he has a very expensive, French designer chair that he received as a gift from a friend years ago... that's cracked all along the arm. They must have stacked too many things on top of his desk because the top is partially dislocated from the rest of it. And another long side-table has splintered and is damaged in one corner. These things are not replaceable.When trying to schedule our delivery date, they definitely were trying to piggyback us onto another delivery. We did not feel like we were ever a priority and our things were not respected in the move.It's a damn good thing he has good homeowners insurance.

Last minute I called this company to move me the very next day. To my surprise they were able to move me with less then 24 hours notice. The guys called and gave me 30 minutes notice within the promised time frame as promised, they showed up and got right to work,All 3 movers were very professional Pablo, Kelvin, and Ramon. They wrapped all of my things carefully, nothing was damaged or broken, and they even had extra boxes in the truck which was awesome. My move went fantastic. The guys were just amazing, worked smart & fast no BS like some moving companies who also charge by the hours. I felt they were honest and not trying to prolong the job for more money like the last movers I used a few years ago. I would use this company again and request those same 3 guys. Thanks a lot Kelvin, Pablo, & Ramon I appreciate you guys!

The entire service was very poor from the beginning until we received our items.1) We got overcharged the quote was different, the movers measure the whole move and according with Gustavo (mover) calculation I have to pay 350 more of my estimate or give to them 200 tip. I was thinking of saving money so I tip them in check that I can show proof of that.Pick up date Saturday June 28.2) I did not hear form the company for about 2 weeks. I was calling to the company almost every day and no answer zero customer service. people very uneducated. An email was sent on July 11 indicating the delivering date from  07/20/14 to 07/25/143) Friday july 18 I received I call from IONI he told me about delivering date. I told him that the max day for delv would be 24 because nobody will be at home, or that I can wait for next delivery time in 1 month. 4) Ioni called tuesday 22 promising that the guys will at our apartment early in the morning next day. Movers showed up at noon, My husband who is a Dr could not wait so he went to work and came back to open the door (noon) he told them he will be back by 5pm to check every thing. Well these people decided to literally dump our belongs and not assemble the furniture like the dinning table, bed, tread miller, even some item were left with pad, trash every where, mattress still in boxes. And I am not counting that I have not open all the boxes.  Our bed useless, dining table useless missing parts, missing boxes, item left with pads.This company is a scam and it should be penalize for the poor quality service

Let me first start off by saying these people have no customer service ethics whatsoever. They lie to get your business and once they have it they give you the run around.  Hercules picked my stuff up 3 weeks ago and put it in there "storage" until I had an apartment picked out. I quickly found one and alerted them later that week that I was ready for my stuff to begin its journey. While it says in their contract that it could take up to 16 BUSINESS days, I figured that is the extreme scenario from someone moving from coast to coast, my move was from Los Angeles to Dallas.  After being promissed 3 different times that they would call me back with a moving date I still have not heard from them.  After several emails, I finally was replied to by Crystal which she stated that since it is not the 21st of July yet that they are still within their "contract".  I figured that they were just stalling because 4th of July weekend was coming and I assumed they just didn't want to have someone working over the holday.  So Monday rolls around and I heard nothing from the company, not a phone call or email regarding my moving date. It is now Tuesday and after several attempts at calling them and a couple of emails I still have had no success in reaching these people.  It says in a previous review that this company has been in business for 20 years? I find that really hard to believe especially with how poorly they are with communicating. So after getting sick of waiting I decided to look them up on yelp and that was probably the worst/best thing I could have done. I am now terrified that my stuff will be broken and or stolen and that I will get some crazy extra charges added to my account. I am now on the fence as to if I should someone pick my stuff up from these people and just go with another company. ***I will update this review as more information comes in, if any.***

Everything so far is as smooth and as promised. We are moving to Hawaii sooner than expected and we made a last minute change in moving companies... John was great on the phone when I booked the reservation. Everything he promised on the phone has gone according to plan. The movers came to pick up our stuff and it was as smooth as could be. Daniel, Art and Victor were great. Professional, courteous and hard working. I watched them pack everything carefully and even re pack some of our packed items so it wouldn't break during the move. So far so good, I'll update when I get in on the other side. (Hawaii)Bad news... I had a small snafu upon delivery. I'm not sure what happened in the end but I received a call that delivery would be set up in 3 days... I then received a call on the delivery morning that they made a mistake and unsure when my things would be available. It was a huge mis convenience since we were unable to prepare... We were moving into an EMPTY house so we needed our bed, blankets... We could've borrowed a futon, blankets and necessities until our things came in but we were told our things would already be there. Getting a call LAST minute gave us no time to borrow anything. We had to go out and buy a blow up mattress, blankets, towels... Their mistake and nothing in return!!  Mistakes happen but typically make up for it some how!!!
