This is the worst company to use for your move!!!!!!I used them years back and they did a good job, so I decided to use them again when I needed to move! BIG MISTAKE!!!!They were dishonest, incompetent, careless, and too expensive at best!They broke and lost my furniture, showed up late, did a terrible job just moving my things and worst of all DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for it!When I called to complain, they gave me the run around and would not give me the manager or supervisor's extension or email so I have not been able to talk to anyone but the people who answer the phone with NO RESOLVE....DON'T USE THSE PEOPLE, THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!

I've finally figured out what's going on with this company: it is a large company with many people playing the telephone game, hence at lot of missed messages and miscommunication. For example, in our full service move, our mattresses were lost while someone else's couch was delivered (whose couch, I'm not entirely sure, but I'd love to speak with them, since they were clearly missing a couch). It took a full month for us to get our mattresses after they were packed. Everyone I spoke to was "just doing their job" or "just doing their best" -- the movers didn't know where they were, customer service for different offices only knew those offices and generally read scripts, etc. No one 'owned' the move or cared about it being complete.This is just one example. We're missing our silverware (this has never been found). Our couch was improperly assembled and broke under my husband's weight. Some of our glass tabletops were found in a warehouse across the country. Two deliveries later, one was still lost.The company seems to follow the 80/20 rule: put in the 20% of work that gets the easiest 80% of results. Unfortunately, we cared about that last 20%. My son cried when his play tent arrived broken. We cared about our apartment being inhabitable when the move wasn't able to be completed in the allocated time -- they weren't and left us in a lurch where we had to figure out what to do for the night with our toddler and infant.3 stars because 60% of our belongings arrived in reasonable condition.

Today we finally received a check from Flat Rate for $450. That is all they would pay us. It doesn't cover even one item that they either lost or demolished. Shame on them.

We moved last Friday and stored a bunch of items in the warehouse and everything was extremely smooth and easy. We had Robert, Manny and Angel each of them were awesome! Took them about 6 hours and they handled everything with care and precision. Thanks again guys!!
