If you are in the local area and are in need of a helping hand in regards to a long distance move, these are the guys you have to go to. We were referred to them by our neighbors who just moved in and claimed their services were second to none. We were planning to move by the end of the month anyway and figured we'd give them a call to arrange all of our belongings to be shipped into our new home.From the very instant they answered the phone they presented us with great customer service and hospitality. All sorts of deals and bundles are offered, including different types of trucks and crates to ensure safety of your belongings, as well as special offers for storages and insurance policies. Overall, we spoke on the phone for about fifteen minutes and we were appointed an estimator to stop by our place the following day and check out the size of our move.Within hours of the estimators arrival, he ordered a few more movers to come join in because they needed more help and they began the move. All of the small things were packed and layered on top of each other with the other boxes or crates, while the couches, televisions, and other heavy things were all carried out first. They worked together so well and showed great professionalism, would definitely recommend using them if you want a proper move.

This is a great company! I'm moving from California to Texas, I have change my delivery date several times and I have received nothing but great service from Matthew Chevalier, I'm sure i will be happy  too when the deliver date comes and have my belongings with me. I absolutely recommend this moving company!

The movers at pickup (Alex and Joshua) were great! These two guys packed up my studio in less than 3 hours! Cross country then delivered my stuff to my storage unit in Chicago just 9 days later. Very friendly and responsive from beginning to end. My move was seamless thanks to JJ in the office who set everything up for me.

Before deciding on who to move my belongings from LA to Boston, I called quite a few moving companies to make sure I get not only the best quote (price + quality of move since I also have a piano to move) but also the best customer service before, during, and after the move. Cross Country Movers is the one I used and Mr. Mark Kaplan was the moving specialist who helped me throughout the whole moving process. Mr. Kaplan is professional, efficient, courteous, and extremely helpful. He gave me a quote that didn't have any surprises, and he answered any question or concern I had (by email and/or phone) with patience and integrity. Cross Country Movers kept me posted during my whole moving process, and even after delivery was completed. I'll easily give another star if there is a sixth and I highly recommend Cross Country Movers and will use them again. Ask for Mark Kaplan, and you'll know what I mean. He makes moving cross country straightforward and headache free.
