I had a fantastic experience with Cross Country Movers! I called several moving companies for quotes for my cross country move. No one except Cross Country could guarantee a deliver window that was less than two weeks and their quotes can out lower than everyone else. Joe  organized the whole move and even gave me packing tips to keep the cost down. The company surpassed all my expectations - the movers on both ends were professional and timely. So far, I am almost completely unpacked and nothing has been broken or lost. A job well done! Highly recommended and they can do a guaranteed delivery date for a 4-5 day time frame instead of two weeks for a couple of hundred bucks more. This was worth every penny as I was moving 2,000 miles away and had limited time to get my stuff and get unpacked.

I moved from New York City to Los Angeles and spent a lot of time researching and getting quotes from various cross country movers- Cross Country Long Distance Movers had the lowest quote and best reviews so I picked them. My agent was Jordan and he was incredibly nice and responsive when it came to obtaining quotes, inventory, scheduling, etc. Overall, the planning and execution of the move was simple and smooth. The only exception was the crew in New York arrived much later than the specified window but they were able to complete the packing and move-out in 3 hours. Though the initial quote was lower than other movers, the final amount was accurate and did not increase. Also, all of my items arrived without damage. Would definitely recommend.

Cross Country Movers helped me tremendously with my move from Denver, Colorado to Los Angeles. I moved homes, so the obvious was needed to be relocated; furniture, electronics, etc. They did all the heavy moving - picked up my boxes as scheduled and delivered them promptly. Their prices are fair and definitely worth it! Thank you for making my moving experience exciting rather than stressful! I owe it all to you guys!

If I could give zero stars I would.  I picked this company based off of their reviews and have heard some horror stories about moving companies up charging --- so after speaking with the sales agent Matt I felt confident I was making the best choice for my move from Houston to NY.  Wrong.  Long story shirt my official move in date was October 9th and my stuff didn't arrive till the last day in the 2 week business day guarantee window, oct 30th. In between the 9th and the 30th I Had to call them to get updates on when our stuff actually made it on the truck.. literally had to chase them down.  Received communication from a new person calling me the wrong name and quoting me a different move in date.  On top of that the people that moved us into the apt said they were calling my old work number which I had 100% updated Matt with.  What a mess. Go with flat rate movers or delta van lines.

Recently I made the move from Chicago to Los Angeles. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company to do it with. I did a lot of research and collected estimates on several movers before selecting Cross Country Movers (CCM). While CCM wasn't the cheapest option, after a couple of phone conversations with my contact Jake, I felt the most confident in their services. I didn't feel like they were selling me or trying to hide anything in their fees and services. I also felt the most comfortable with them holding and moving everything I own (literally). My move wasn't typical as not all my items were going to the same location. There were a few bumps in the road with the storage company. Jake and CMM helped me navigate the process and worked with the storage company to iron it out. When the items arrived in Los Angeles (about 5 days into the 15 day window), there wasn't a single broken item in any of the 36 boxes I shipped! The movers moved in all my things and put together applicable items in less then 2 hours. I appreciated their speediness. Jake and the team at CCM were patient, answered all my questions honestly and timely. The process was seamless and painless. I would highly recommend CCM to my family, friends and all Yelpers.
