We are very grateful that we have found you, you are the perfect moving company. Very responsible, with a professional and friendly team. Everything was perfect from our first contact and from the first response from you. We believed that you are the right team to help us organize the moving process and to make it a real stress-free experience. You were very kind to us and took all our wishes into consideration. That made our moving day more relaxing that we could have ever imagined.It was a pleasure working with you. All your plans and ideas about packing, moving boxes onto the truck and all other little things were tailored to all our needs and demands, and for that we are very grateful.A very interesting thing was that the closer the moving date was, the more relaxed we felt. This was probably owing your quick responses to our e-mails which gave us the comfort and assurance that everything was under control at all time.You handled all pieces of our furniture as if they were made of glass. You even managed to pack our old sofa that could barely fit through the front door! We were really impressed. Throughout the whole process, we didn't even have to lift a finger. Everything was done for us, packing, transporting, unpacking... We almost felt as if we were on a vacation. Now that we left the hustle and bustle of New York City behind, we get to enjoy the year-round sunny weather of Los Angeles, and that is all thanks to these guys.Thank you Cross Country Movers! Well deserved five stars! Honestly, the guys from Cross Country Movers surpassed all my expectations. I own a powerlifting gym and we recently moved to a bigger venue. We obviously had to move ridiculous amounts of stuff. We're talking weights, dumbbells, punching bags, kettle bells, benches, smith machines,  treadmills, stationary bikes, power cages, and so on and so on. Of course, I had a bunch of friends who were willing to help, but we still needed more muscle. So one of our members suggested we call Cross Country Movers, since he and his wife use their services regularly. I honestly didn't want to do it at first, but they managed to talk me into it somehow (I might have strong muscles, but I don't have the strongest will ;) )Well to be honest, when the movers were supposed to come help us pack and load everything, I was expecting a couple of overweight truckers with zero enthusiasm for the job who wouldn't be of much help. Well I was soooo wrong. They sent a group of young and pretty strong guys who actually made the whole thing seem easy. At one point we just gave up and let them to the rest. They really knew what they were doing. It turned out most of them are avid gym goers as well, so we even made some friends. Anyway, they know how dangerous it can be if a machine doesn't work properly, so they made sure not to cause any damage at all. It's not so much that it would cost me to fix it or buy a new one, but someone could end up hurt. So they really took care to do it all properly. I was really satisfied. When we arrived, they helped put the machines back together (even though we told them that they didn't have to, that we've got it) and even got rid of all the leftover boxes and wraps etc.The business is booming now and the new place we got is really great. But honestly, it wouldn't be possible without the guys from Cross Country Movers. They really saved the day.

BEWARE: They are liars!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE1. They said they would crate my art, but instead packed two pieces of art worth thousands each DIRECTLY AGAINST EACH OTHER WITH NO PADDING.2. They billed me $1,650 EXTRA for "local storage and redelivery" and then never provided that service. Manager admitted "the truck was running several days late and coming right to me" (they were late). Ignored me for a month when I raised questions and only emailed me after I disputed the charge with my credit card company.3. Broke an expensive chair in half and ignored my requests to file insurance for a month.RUN DON'T WALK. Every moving company will have complaints about broken stuff (which is to be expected), but these folks are flat out thieves and liars - super responsive when doing the sales job, and then ignored email after email as soon as I had an issue.

I had a seamless experience shipping my car with Cross Country movers.  Hank was extremely professional, telling me exactly what I needed to know to make everything as easy as possible.  The price is very reasonable for the excellent service you get, and there are no hidden costs.  The whole experience was stress-free, and my car was delivered in a few short days right to my apartment.  I highly recommend Cross Country Movers!

Very satisfied with Cross Country Movers! They were easy to work with (Kyle was very responsive and able to answer all my questions) and the price was reasonable. I called to receive the price quote then filled out the customer agreement and credit card authorization forms online, and received an agreement via email as confirmation. The only thing about the process that could be improved is to have a more definitive pick up day - they give a 3 day range which makes it a bit nerve wracking when you're trying to plan your move and make sure you're home for pick up. The driver does contact you the day before they're coming to give a heads up. They actually didn't have any drivers on the day of my move, so they work with other companies to make sure we get the service agreed upon. Bayka Trans was the company they partnered with and they transported my car from Virginia to Los Angeles extremely fast - 3 days!! They actually said it would take up to 10 business days so I was super surprised (and happy) that they were already here. They picked it up on a Tuesday evening in Virginia and delivered it to Los Angeles Friday afternoon. Crazy fast.
