Never again and would never recommend. They're great at making a sale and their flat rate plus the discount for vehicle shipping is good. But you get what you pay for! 1) packing for first half of the move was good. (Boy were my $20 IKEA lamps packed carefully!). Toward the end they obviously became rushed. Things were packed sloppily. Items I specifically noted as delicate were ripped and broken even though I was assured they would be packed properly. Silk and lace clothing items were packed with metal objects and shoes. Almost all of my clothes in wardrobe boxes fell and were crushed and wrinkled. 2) they did not follow through on anything. They had to be chased down for insurance information, updates on shipping times, and pretty much everything they're supposed to handle. Essentially everything the sales rep promised never happened.  3) they were late for pick up -- no heads up. 4) The individual delivering my car and my household items called only 30 minutes ahead of delivery instead of a full hour and no 24 hour notice was given rather 12 hours notice was given.

THE BEST!I moved from LA to Miami and it took only 13 days for my belongings to arrive, though they gave me much longer delivery window!Let me start first with Grace W. who helped me out organize my move. I had very tight schedule at the time and she sent someone over for a free estimate. Same day I had in home estimate, she sent me a quote and I made a reservation only 5 days before the move! They promised me a guaranteed price, and I was a little skeptic about charging one day before the move, but they really kept their promise.Everything was packed carefully and the movers were cool guys. When they sent only 2 guys, I was a little scared that they will not make it on time, but they did it. Needless to say, delivery went even smoother. They updated me about the arrival, which gave me enough time to organize a day off. No damages, no packing material left behind..Overall - great experience. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you Grace and thank you Cross Country!

If you are looking to move, hire this company. I did my move recently and I'm glad I went this guys. Mark helped me a lot. He was easy to talk to and knows what's he is doing. I didn't have difficulty dealing with them escpecially when i had questions and concerns, as well as the people that did my actual move. They were on time and very professional.I recommended them to my family and will recommend for future move. The best customer service compared to other movers I have dealt with In the past.
