Clutter Storage

Clutter is the worst storage experience I have ever had. They lost and damaged so many of my items. I don't know how you lose items going straight from a truck and into storage, but they managed to do it. They don't store your items safely. Beware, don't use them.

If you have large bulky items that you can't move yourself and don't need them for a while, Clutter may work for you.  If you have a lot of smaller items that you will need access to, Clutter is not for you.  You do not have access to your storage unit.  It will cost you to have these items retrieved.  Simply, not worth it.I recently closed out my space with them and moved to the traditional storage unit.  Easy access and a lot less $$.  It's hard to say if Clutter can survive for the long haul.  Just make sure they don't go out of business with your goods in their hands.  Always a risk with new storage companies.

This is the best service that you NEED to know about.  I used it and everyone was blown away with what was all entailed.  They pick up all your stuff, take pics of every item, store it and you have up to 4 requests to bring items out of storage to you each month!  I think this means when I move all my stuff that was safely stored by clutter is being brought to my new residence.  So for one monthly rate, cheaper than most storage units, you get move out and move in.  Best purchase ever!  Really friendly team as well.Follow up on return of items...They lost my Eames lounge chair. Its a 5-6k chair!  I am devastated.  I had nothing but great things to say about this company until they lost the most valuable piece of furniture I own and family heirloom.  By the way, you dont lose a lounge chair, it just doesnt fal off the back of a truck without major accidents.  I am really upset, that a company i praised lost this item and regret ever leaving it in their hands.

Greg and Raphael showed up right on time, were helpful and efficient with their time. Made good timing with packaging all my stuff. Even when Raphael didn't know the answer to a question because he was knew he didn't try to Bs he said ask Greg because I'm new and he will have a better answer for you . Loved it

My experience so far with Clutter has been great.  When I first called to look into pricing the person that was on the phone was helpful and explained everything great.  They scheduled my pick up on the day that I needed, which was very last minute.  They told me that they would arrive between 7am-8am and I got a call from the movers at exactly 7am that they were already there and ready to go!  I think the guys who helped me out were Mario, Eric and Wayne.  I already had most of my stuff packed up but they were fast and taking photos of the boxes and tying up loose ends with my packing.  They were only there for an hour and a half.  Very friendly and hard working guys.  I would recommend Clutter to my friends.
