Clutter Storage

This used to be a good company, but it has totally changed.I moved my storage there from another city at great expense because they promised me a discounted rate and  free pick up and deliveries for a long term storage. Once I kept my part of the bargain, they have kept trying to change theirs. Starting after a few months, I was contacted several times with threats to change my rate. I had to keep arguing and send them proof of my agreement.  Now they say they will unilaterally cut out the free pick up and deliveries I was promised. That was the whole charm to their offer.Again, even though I have the offer in writing , now that they have my business, they are trying to change it.Beware!!!! They say that it states on their website they can change the terms at any time. You can't depend on anything they promise you.And, even worse, forget about the good customer service that made this company popular. they no longer pick up and deliver at the time you need it. I fly in and out of town every few months,  so I always schedule a delivery of clothes after my arrivals- and pick up to re- store before my flight out. But the company no longer cares about customer service or serving the needs of the client. Now they are like the detested cable companies- or worse. They will only drop off between 7 am and 11 am-and you have to wait for the 4 hours- and they will only pickup between 9 am and 1 p.m. Again, worse then the cable company- you have to wait for them up to 4 hours. Forget the convenience of the customer.I would never have moved my storage from another town for this. I don't have the time to spend to go to Los Angeles to arrange another move- and gave up a deal with my prior long term storage I can never get back or match . .

We researched a number of storage solutions while planning a remodeling/partial demo of our garage.  Clutter was actually our first choice (we had first thought of PODS, but our driveway made it impossible.  We are SO glad that we went with Clutter.  They were so helpful in setting things up for us, the guys who loaded up and returned our stuff were amazing, and everything returned in great shape. We would highly recommend this solution!

I worked with Eric Owens today. He helped me stored five pallets of goods. He is on time and get the job done on time. I highly recommend Eric!

I had seen the ad on Facebook, but wasn't sure if it would truly be worth the money. I figured that there would be a lot of hidden costs. As it turns out Clutter will let you know your costs upfront, are flexible and can work with you, and is a good deal when you look at all costs.   I couldn't be happier with my choice of using clutter.com!I was on a mission to declutter, and had a lot of stuff that needed packing in addition to the 30 boxes that we had packed ourselves.  The three guys that showed up (on time!) to help me were courteous, clean, and efficient. It helped that Eric Owens is 6'5"- he  helped me reach the tallest shelves with a friendly smile.  Carlos Santiago was patient and kind as we decided which vases to pack away, and Jesus Gonzales worked tirelessly.  I kept all 3 for 3 hours and it was well worth every penny!  In the 3 hours with them we packed away and made more room than my husband and I had in two weeks! I also like that Clutter is flexible and values customer service.  I wasn't sure which plan I wanted, changed which card to use, called customer service before, during and after the pickup with questions, questioned which insurance plan I should use, and had Eric, Carlos and Jesus doing random tasks - and everyone did everything easily and with a smile. Now for cost- sure, you can find other storage rooms, but once you factor things like packing materials, labor, the fact that they take pics and make a list/website for you, pickup and drop off,   Its well worth it!  I paid $149/mo for a 9' garage space, and $35/HR/person for all the packing.
