Their marketing is misleading. They portray as if their company is hassle free, very cheap & different from the other guys. That's not the case.They claim you can pay as low as $7 a month for the space you use with your clutter ... so I was intrigued being I only needed 4 small boxes and a tv to be stored.I get a quote and it turns out 4 small boxes and a tv would cost me $115 a month! LOL If someone is paying as low as $7 a month for their clutter what is it? A toaster? For $15 more I could just store my whole one bedroom apt at another regular chain storage facility.... $115 for 4 boxes and a tv is MAD. They also fail to advertise that they charge you to come and pick up your items.... but they advertise that picking up your items is apart of the service & make what's helps them stand out from other storage places.....I don't recommend this place. Misleading and their prices compare to the average expensive storages.

Update:  After much arguing, I got my things.  Yea!  So I lived happily ever after. ERIC OWENS and RUDY CRUZ dropped off my things.  Yea!  They were quick and efficient, courteous.  I like my things.  I missed them so. ----------------Update: Clutter will NOT return MY things!  Allina of Clutter used predatory language and said if I wanted to break out of my contract, I can just pay off the lease period.  I NEVER said anything of breaking my contract.  I WANT MY THINGS DELIVERED.  Clutter the business must fulfill its contract!Complaim to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, Attorney General Xavier Becerra, and the Department of Consumer Affairs. -----------------------------Moving sucks.  I was moving out of my uninhabitable studio apartment in Koreatown located at 975 S Westmoreland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006 (Do NOT live here!  Manager Soo Wan Lee is a Korean sexist and racist who can't read the state civil code on tenants' rights and landlords' responsibilities - FYI:  racial and gender discrimination is STILL legal in Korea, and many Koreans bring these bullshit customs to the United States).  I purchased the garage plan, which ran about $150 a month, for 12 months, plus a $100 deposit.  I had two Clutter staff movers for $35 per hour on D-day.  They worked for about 2 hours.  They took pictures of my inventory and wrapped the items.  Tip:  Remove light bulbs from your lamps!  They don't store light bulbs.  Clutter Storage reps/movers Rudy Z. and Jared arrived on 8am on 6/17/2017.  They were enthusiastic and courteous.  Rudy went over the fine print. I am a real procrastinator on preparing for moves.  So I was still picking out what clothes and books I wanted to take with me as Rudy and Jared photographed, wrapped, packed, and loaded my stuff.  Then, Rudy warned me when I was going over my limit of the garage plan, which was great!  I had option of upgrading or leaving behind some of my stuff.  Tip:  Please offer your Clutter movers water and access to your bathroom or info on the nearest public restroom, even if they decline.  They are humans too!  Workers work better when they are hydrated and refreshed.  If you live in Ktown, you can offer them SalonPas pads for their aching backs (which I should have done).  Tip:  When phoning Clutter, take note of the difficult to transport items like a big screen TV, couch, or fridge.  It's helpful to get an accurate quote.  You can also take pics of your stuff and send it to Clutter. Rudy Z. and Jared worked efficiently.  At the end, Rudy showed me the photos he took of my stuff, so I could select which item in my inventory I wanted returned to me in the future.  Cool.

Clutter has great customer service and is very responsive. Dwayne C and Kevin W helped me move into my apartment, they were both really great and knowledgeable when it came to assembling furniture, they didn't take a long time and did everything perfectly! definitely request these two!

Love this storage solution. These guys show up, pack your stuff and take it to storage. If you need something, they bring it back. So simple!I've been a customer of Clutter for several months. They always have helpful employees on the phone and the packers that come on site are always friendly and helpful.Recently we moved and had to send a bunch of stuff to storage. They sent to guys to pack and take the stuff to storage. They worked quickly and efficiently and made sure our stuff was secure and packed well so it wouldn't be damaged in transit or storage.I'm so grateful for this service. Thank you, Clutter!!

I have had my household goods stored at this facility for 2 years now and am at my wits end.  You need to know that this business is not the place to go if you want honest and decent customer service.  They have not honored payment arrangements on several occasions.  They will take as much as they can and then say 'we can't refund your money so we'll just apply it to another month.'  The person who answers the phone not only has no idea what he's talking about but is extremely rude.  I really like the fact that they gave some stranger my personal information (phone number and address) when they called asking for it.  I will be moving my stuff to another facility soon.  Save your money and time by using a different company!
