There is something to be said about a company that not only works with integrity and honesty in everything they do, but also just how much they truly care about their customers. I was never a number to them, but a person, who would call and be remembered by name and always have my needs met with the utmost satisfaction. There aren't enough companies like them anymore, and I am forever grateful to have met such an amazing group of people.

This has been the worst moving experience of my life (I have moved 8 times for work) THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!***SAVE YOURSELVES THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE, DON'T USE THEM*** They start off very nice and they pretend to care. Once they have your deposit they start to show how bad they really are. They offered me a $300 discount if I did a yelp review before they completed the move. They put items in their truck and lost about 40% of them (including a box with our passports and important documents) items pictured on the truck never made it to my house. They have ignored my calls and emails for months now. I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT 5 STAR RELOCATION, this will not stay like this (MORE LIKE 0 STAR RELOCATION!!!

DO ANYTHING BUT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I could go on and on about why not to use this company...but I'll make this short and sweet. First of all, they're scammers. This is not a real moving company. I booked with allied moving group, and then I was handed off to this "company". I was trying to move from San Diego, CA to Boston, MA. Did they? of course not. First of all, they are impossible to get a hold of. They don't answer the phones, or call back if you leave a message or even if they say they will.I got called from Michelle, confirming my delivery address and told me it was going to get shipped out tomorrow (this was a Friday) and I'd get a call 72 hours before it was to be delivered with an estimated day and time. I called the next Friday and she told me it hadn't been shipped out. After many LIES, saying it will go out blah blah blah, and speaking with many different names all of which you never really speak with again.Jason, Michelle, Karen, Mike, Mary, Jessica....I knew I wasn't going to get my items back. So I had to take matters into my own hands and I do believe these people are dangerous and know how to scam people. My Dad drove up to Northridge, CA from San Diego, CA to retrieve my items from a self storage facility aka their wear house. My items were taken there from my house in SD in May and my Dad picked them up in August and they were never moved.I was offered $500 discount for a positive yelp review on what they were quoting me on over double of my initial cost when I had less stuff than I was allowed. Thus I know that every positive review were desperate people wanting their stuff back.I truly believe they had no intention of ever shipping it to Boston, and now we are trying to get a refund of the $1,000 check we paid at pick up and the $596.00 deposit. They've changed their yelp address since we have gone to their "office" aka a PO BOX asking for them. If you have any further questions/comments, please feel free to message me. BUT DO NOT USE THEM!

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM!The things that this place did to delay delivery to my brother and the excuses they made on the phone were atrocious.Once his furniture was delivered, which they demanded cash before they would unload, there were tons of items damaged, broken, torn and stained.I really have to believe that some of these good reviews below are fake.  I hardly believe they just had a bad day with the way his items were handled.I am not a fussy person, nor am quick to complain or give a bad rating, if you can see from my previous reviews.  But this is a strong warning to anyone looking at their services.  RUN!

over 3 months later, still dead silence from 5 star, no returned calls, no emails. not one follow up on my missing items or my $300 credit.  I filed my insurance claim 2 months ago with Anthem claim management, they never follow up either, they won't process my claim without paperwork from 5 star and 5 star doesnt respond to them either. I have been totally F****d over by this company I am out over $4,000 in losses and no one cares and no one helps.  Well I guess i can write it off on my taxes.
