Movers of San Antonio moved my wife and I three days ago and we are STILL finding reasons to hate these people. We were given a quote of $55 an hour only to have it raise to $65 an hour because the person who did the reservation somehow forgot it was happening on a Friday. They told us we would get the first hour of the move free. We made a $75 deposit which was an hour of work and the $20 fuel fee. Later we needed them to send a truck, and I was told in certain terms that the overall cost would be $20 cheaper with truck included.The movers arrive and their paperwork says $55 an hour, not $65. That's what we signed. We offered them water. We let them have our old bed and frame in its entirety. We let them stop for food and gave them water. We gave them a $40 tip.Yey by the end of it, once all our stuff was packed, the workers tried to claim an extra hour of work, their bosses told them to charge $65 an hour, we didn't get the first hour free because the deposit was apparently us paying for that first hour (for those keeping track: if you pay for something it isn't free!), we paid an extra $20 for gas they hadn't told us about for the truck, the workers threatened to call the cops if I didn't just pay up, and they kept running the clock while we disputed the price, which cost us a half hour more! Also they stacked furniture on top of boxes, put things upside down, and stacked heavy boxes on top of others (causing them to implode).During the dispute the movers blamed management for everything, even showing me a previous move where they had arbitrarily charged a rich customer $90 an hour for reasons the Movers didn't even know. I'm not sure whether to file that one under "Workers were unprofessional" or "Buyer Beware" in general!Seriously, we moved a one bedroom apartment with like 6 pieces of furniture. It was not complex. Most of it was books. Avoid these clowns and their arbitrary charges like the plague.

We had a great experience with the movers! Speedy and safely did everything we asked them to do and were very friendly. I have no complaints about this company and I would use them again

Do you like movers that are high on marijuana? Do you like movers who take selfies with your stuff? Do you like movers who take time out of their day to play your piano?Do you like movers who leave trash on your lawn?Do you like movers who wreck your grill because they don't know how to handle it? Do you like a claims department you'll never hear from? That ignores your emails? Do you like movers who threaten to call the cops if you don't pay in cash?Good! Then you found your moving company. If not? I suggest moving on.

Less than half the cost of anyone else. Showed up on time and worked like crazy. If I ever move again I will request James and Andrew. These guys worked for 11 hours straight and moved 3900 sq ft house!

Let me begin by saying that Jesse and Andrew are absolutely amazing. When they showed up, I showed them everything that needed to go and as I was grabbing a box to put in my car, before I left my brother in charge, one of the guys tells me "ma'am let me help you take this to your car. This is my job." They loaded our entire second story loft apartment (breaking down and putting back together both our king bed and my son's crib) and moving it into our home in six hours non-stop. They were EXTREMELY respectful and referred to me as "ma'am" the entire time. The only casualty really being a lamp (that I didn't even bother wrapping since it was so cheap) that we can probably fix anyway.Those guys bust their butts and never stopped being polite the entire time. I highly recommend them!!
