I moved in June and had a very good experience with this company.  My movers were Mike and Mikey.  They were professional, quick and nothing was damaged. They loaded and unloaded a 2-story house of furniture and boxes and a storage unit within about 4 1/2 hours. The rate was completely reasonable ($65 an hour) with a $40 or $45 deposit and no hidden fees. I recommend them to anyone I know that is moving.

****DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS.****If I could give zero stars, I would. I based the decision to hire Movers of San Antonio based on the reviews on Yelp and Thumbtack and price. Well, I didn't read the "Unrecommended reviews." After I hired them and they damaged and overcharged, I re-read the yelp reviews and everything the bad reviewers were saying is truth. These reviews need to be seen!! Exactly what they said happened, happened to us, too!!As the clíche goes,"You get what you pay for." We just bought our FIRST home yesterday and needed help moving. I read the reviews stating that the movers wrapped all furniture and belongings and protected all their things. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. My husband wrapped all the banisters and covered our BRAND NEW CARPETS with plastic in order to prevent damages. I hired these movers so my husband would have the opportunity to focus on his school work as a priority. Instead, he ended up helping the movers move all of our belongings. According to one of the movers,"That was [my husband's] choice to help; he didn't have to." If he HADN'T helped, they wouldn't have finished in a timely manner. Another thing, they stated that there was no one in the office at 6:30 pm for us to talk to, yet their hours on yelp state they are open until 8 PM! In addition to all of this, one of the movers was being careless with our furniture and didn't secure our bedroom endtables. Instead, he put one on top of another without securing them to the dollie and dropped one of the endtables down the stairs causing damages to our walls and endtable. As if that wasn't enough, they expected full payment! We asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge and were hung up on TWICE by the "manager." Then the mover who damaged my nightstand started getting irate and cussing because we wanted to speak to a manager before we paid them.In the end, they were told by their "manager" to leave without payment. We will be more than happy to pay once our home damages get fixed and we actually get someone on the line to take care of the issues and see the pictures and recording of what happened.Perhaps if our issues get resolved, we will take back the negative review, but until then, this moving company is a BIG NOPE to deal with.Cliff (one of the movers), although caught in the middle, maintained his calm and professional attitude, trying his hardest to get the issues resolved by calling a manager for some help so we could speak to someone. Out of all this, he was the only one who went above and beyond--even when compared to the management.So, Cliff, YOU deserve the 5 stars, not your company. It's sad to know that a good man is associated with such an awful company. So to you, WE say thank you.

This moving company moved my son but broke something very pricy.  They said to file a claim which he did and they came back with a ridiculous refund that didn't cover even 10% of the value.  The item it totally unusable now and they will not budge on the claim.We used them because they were the cheapest....ALL I CAN SAY IS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.  BEWARE

Josh O. & Mike Miller moved me. They were polite and punctual. They also made sure they packed the truck for just one load. I appreciated that. However they ripped my couch and they took 7 hours to move a small apartment into a townhouse. I started to help them move because I was worried at how long they were taking.

Marcus and Shane were amazing. They got there in the window. They worked steady until the job was done and they did a great job. I recommend them highly.
