We have moved house many times over the years and chose Vickers Moving Service this time based on the stellar reviews on Yelp! - thanks everyone for steering us to Alan and his team!We were very impressed by the delightful crew who turned up on moving day - plus Alan Vickers himself!! They were so friendly and helpful - and FAST!!! Everything was professionally packed and in the trucks in record time so that what should have been a 2-day move was done in a single day with everything  unloaded and set up at our destination. .. And amazing follow up by Alan and Gonzalo to ensure everything was perfect!! We were blown away!!!Needless to say we are recommending Vickers unconditionally to everyone we care about !!

Alan and his team have moved three times for me now, and always super professional, efficient, respectful, and very trustworthy,  I will not use a different moving co. I highly recommend this Team , Alan is always above and beyond fair to work with, and the guys are Great, Thanks Vickers Moving, Again!

Alan Vickers and his team are simply amazing.  Alan came to the house and did a personal visit and evaluation of the best approach to move our 3-story, 2,700 sq ft town home.  He was personable and responsive as well as committed to excellence.  The team of movers showed up right on time as promised and Alan himself made an appearance to make sure my mind was at ease.  Eric and his crew were the best I've ever worked with.  This was my 5th home move over the years.  Nothing was broken!  They were friendly and accommodating.  Thanks to Alan and his hard working guys for a job well done.  We came in just a hair over the estimated amount which I was fine with.  I'll be referring them to everyone I know.

I recently moved into a new office and needed to move my furniture in--2 large desks and a heavy wooden filing cabinet. Sounds simple, but I needed them moved up a very tiny, narrow stairway in a historic Heights home. After scouring the Internet, I decided to book with Vicker's Moving because several reviews mentioned them coming through on tough jobs like getting furniture over a balcony, etc. From my first phone call to end of my move, I was very impressed with Vicker's Moving. They showed up early the morning of my move, and were very friendly and patient. When it came time to move my largest desk in, it wouldn't fit up the stairs so the owner ended up coming out himself to assess the situation. They had to come back later that night with more people, but 2 hours, many ropes and 8 movers later my desk was literally hoisted vertically through the stairwell. It was a sight to behold! All in all, I had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Vickers. If you are looking for a professional company with a higher end moving experience (not one scratch on my walls or furniture) this is the one.
